Help with my Tracfone issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Tracfone help.
The issue in GetHuman-jyarbro's own words
I have * lines on family mobile, the first line is area code, ***-***-****, I paid for unlimited talk text and data on the original line **, ** per month, your online ads says I can add up to * lines with unlimited talk text and data for **, ** a month, I got the plan for one month when I went to pay it on September *, it would not let my son's phone number stay on my account, I called your customer service, they told me to let his expire overnight and they'd add it back to my account the next day. I called the next day the gentleman whom I spoke to said I would have unlimited talk text and data for **** plus taxes, he said, would be a little over ** dollars. It came to **.**, but they only gave my son one gigabyte of data. I have screenshots of the offers from family mobile's website, fix my problem, or I'm hiring a lawyer.
GetHuman-jyarbro did not yet indicate what Tracfone should do to make this right.
