I did put what I want. I want *GB due me for DATA. After I requested(and paid for) more Data last nite, they deducted one-half of it before I even used my phone!!

Get what I had previously paid for. ... I am so fed up with you guys! I started using Tracfone * years ago. Everything was fine until about * years ago. I have been 'nickle and dimed' (dollared actually!) ever since. Totally being ripped off for Data charges. You're claiming I'm using it all up within just a few days. I've spent $**** in the last month and I have yearly service besides. What is going on with you people??! I renewed one more time tonite, have had phone*data shut off and it says I've used ***mb! Impossible! I want new service, but sick and elderly and unable to get out. But I WILL after the way I was treated tonight. What happened to 'customer satisfaction'? English-nonspeaking rep. was veryyy rude and knew she was as she didn't ask me to complete survey or send confirmation. I want at least *GB data credit for which I am owed. I will pursue with higher-ups.*I can't even view my acct. Told name & password don't match, when it's been the same forever.

Not yet..too miffed. Will eventually purchase new cell service and phone. And file complaint with BBB.
