Whenever I try to access my account via https:**www.tracfone.com I get absolutely nowhere. The screen darkens, the green waiting*searching icon appears, then disappears and the screen goes back to normal. The same happens if I try to use “Refill your airtime service”. I've almost lost count of the number of agents that I have explained the problem to via “chat”. They have variously suggested the problem was my password (and have changed this * times), my account email (and have changed this twice), that I needed to clear my browser cache (I have done this several times) and that I was using the wrong browser (but I've tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer). Nothing has helped – the problem remains. One of your agents Ben even admitted the problem was beyond him and provided a ticket number **********, promising a response within ** hours, but that was around **pm BST on ** Sept ****!I don't really need access to my account I just want my service plan updated so that I don't lose my phone number or my service minutes and I can phone and be called by everyone as soon as I get back to the USA. Although I'm here in the UK I can pay for this either using PayPal or my Wells Fargo credit card, a check or a bank transfer. Current plan expires ** Dec ****, but I won't be back in USA till March **** so need either another year or a "never expires" account if possible,
