I reported my Nokia cell phone lost on Monday,*July * or Tuesday, July *.*I spoke with a woman who suspended my Tracfone account on that day. She said when I bought a new phone, she could restore the service. I had almost two years left on my Tracfone account.*The phone number on the account: ***-***-*****Name: Jean C. Hughes*I bought a new phone which I thought is a*simple flip-type, but all of the packaging talks about "Smart Phone."*Since I bought the phone at Rite-Aid and paid only $**, I assumed it is not a smart phone.*The phone model number is: ZTE Z***TL*Is it only a smart phone or not?*I wanted only a "dumb phone" or just the basics which I had before.*Another note on the phone package box:**GLTE*I am going to be away for the next ten days.*I will be forced to not have cell phone service on my trip UNLESS this matter is straightened*up soon.
