I discontinued my Tracfone service in ****, but want to reactivate service*new phone. I spoke with a rep. on ****** (ticket ***********). I recd. the new SIM card and inserted it today.**I'm confused as to how I active the phone service (Sim Card ********************* serial ****************) and obtain a new phone *. I attempted to select a plan on-line but I'm getting a message that there is an error although the Amex charge $**.** has gone through probably because service hasn't been activated.**I called the customer care **-***-***-****) and don't have the option to talk to someone and the automated service isn't helping.**Please help....thanks.
