Only Able To use my Galaxy on Wi-Fi Currently! Network Locked!

Help with my Tracfone issue

Tried to text and it failed. Then noticed the no service icon at the top and the message. ... My Galaxy Sky suddenly has no service. I am out of fone minutes but have data and texts still available. The mssg I received is "Invalid SIM card network locked SIM card inserted" I know it's in correct because it has worked fine since I've had it. It's been in a protective cover since a few days after I got it from you. I have taken it off and done all the tasks to solve it per Google, so card has been removed and reinserted several times. None of the "hold power and volume keys at the same time " worked. Never saw same thing they did. I've only had this fone for a few months. I can use Wi-Fi fine. Can not send or receive texts! Not even from Tracfone, apparently. I've attempted to have a call back code twice and got nothing. Thanks! Will just call when I get back home! In Wal Mart. Not exactly comfy and need * get my serial *!
I can only communicate thru e-mail or others fones and unable to let EVERY * know the situation! Probably think I'm dead or ignoring them all!
If you could issue me a new SIM card at no charge, that would be nice, please!! I had my last tracfone for several years and never had this issue! It is actually still in good working condition. Just wanted a more modern, larger fone!
I've been with tracfone faithfully since December, ****? I think?!? Only issues were ordering fone cards on line! Have to start at the bottom... That's what worked for me there!
Reset most everything. Thus locked my self out of Yahoo because I have key code and no other way to verify it's me, apparently! Turned off and on, off for a while, finally went to about fone and it says it doesn't know the carrier, the fone number, what state it's in, anything! Just the IEM? And serial *. Afraid to reset to factory settings in fear of losing all my passwords and such, even though I have backed up and encrypted the fone.
