I purchased a *** minute phone card, when I scratched off the back of the card, we could not read the numbers. Immediately called customer service. They opened a ticket, sent copy of the receipt and phone card. When I called to check the status of the card now say they can't validate the card. It will take them another ** hours to make a decision. The customer service is in Columbia South America, no one in America I can speak to That's $** that is being stolen. When I spoke with the supervisor, Mary, I was told that they could take more time to evaluate, even though they have the card purchased and the receipt. What a scam!!!
I trust that Tracfone will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
