My name is Gabriela L Ramos I made a payment probably three days ago but I lost my card minutes before paying but I didn’t notice so when I went to pay for my monthly payment it went through and all but I never received an e-mail for my bank saying I made the payment so I try it again and never got the email so now I went back to my bank app and I see that I have made two payments for my car and I would like to get a refund on the second payment I did as a mistake
GetHuman-garagaca did not yet indicate what Toyota Financial Services should do to make this right.
