I have had service continuously for ** months. Last month I stopped working. I have over **** reward points however only **** are available. I wanted to redeem points for a talk and text plan refill which is **** points. Live chat telling me I have to wait ** days for the remaining few points. Which absolutely does me no good I need service and don't have money I have accumulated all these points in almost a year time and short by a few to redeem which I'm not actually short they just aren't available. For just a few points there's nothing no one will do so I can have service while waiting to go back to work???? I've had service with other carriers that gave away free minutes to help so I didn't lose my number. This is sad customer service. If no one can help me after being a valued customer all year I am not continuing using Total Wireless. I'm not asking for anything that's not mine. I earned the points.
