I purchased a new phone through total wireless and carried over my number from at&t and when I activated my phone it told me I needed more information but did not tell me what info. So I called and spoke to someone and she had to call at&t and get my account number. My new phone finally got activated but when logging into my account it says it can’t find me and also I can’t find that my ** dollar account card went on my phone or not. When I try to text balance to the number it says it says it can’t find me. So I’m frustrated with that plus I can’t get my contacts to transfer from my old phone to my new one my old phone is an android but when trying to transfer I can’t get the new phone to bring the screen up that I need. My phone is working for calls and for texts but I want it to work like it should with everything or I will go back to at&t with my old phone.
