Defective phone, lies and pay for service you don't have

Help with my Total Wireless issue

My phone just went blank. Wouldn't power on or anything ... I had a total wireless phone that was defective. I was told they would send a new phone to me. ** days later after several calls I recieve a box with a Fed Ex envelope to return my phone, after being told I did not have to send my phone back *st. Now * wks later I receive a refurbished phone. Have it activated and I am told my service end is still the same. So basically I pay for * lines of service when only one line was active. For. Quite some time. Dont get me wrong if it was a couple days no biggie but * weeks????. Every time I call total wireless I would get a different story about where my phone is. After they finally figure out my phone was returned and I am STILL WAITING on my replacement. Now I have a refurbished phone with only ** day warranty when I bought my phone it had a * yr warranty. So know it looks like I lose over half my warranty time. Customer service seems to not care about help or is just unable to help the customer. They do seem to have very limited support.
How do I pay for * lines of service and *line is unusable for weeks but I still have to pay for the same service. Told one lie after another.
I want my service credited at the very least.
Ive been a customer for about * years I believe. Was always happy and recommended total wireless.
I have made several call and on line chats with total wireless and been assured that my service time would be adjusted. But not until I activate my new phone. Did that and now I'm told they can't change my service because * line was still working
I have an issue with Total Wireless too
How GetHuman-gduncan fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-gduncan to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
