We have the toshiba phone system dp-****-sdm. We cannot access the voicemail on one of our phones. I have gone through all the steps but it keeps saying the passcode is incorrect and that the maximum number of attempts has been attempted and hangs up. We have a new employee and do not know the old passcode. We need to reset it and also be able to record a new greeting for this extension. Please help!
