I have a Toshiba CT-**** and as a smart TV allows me to access Netflix via an app. After signing in to Netflix and choosing an episode to watch it is only loading to **%. I have only had the TV a week and has done it since signing in the first time. On other devices it is allowing me to access Netflix e.g Mobile phone via my WIFI and it is allowing me to watch an episode with no issues. Can you please email me back to advise me of how to fix this issue. **Regards**Katie
