i have a TELEVISION model **BV***B. from day * of purchasing I have not been able to get any sound and it took me years to find the built in speakers which I believe (since I cannot be sure as NO sound comes out of them) are based below the screen (out of view) on the wooden undersurface of surrounding panel I did not pursue this at the time as I wanted to use my amplifier for a better stereo sound quality and therefore immediately connected the TV via sound cables the adapter on the outside amplifier. This amplifier has nothing to do with the Toshiba TV as its my own personal one which I used on previous TV sets. PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET THE SOUND TO COME OUT OF THE INBUILT SPEAKERS ON THIS TV as I wish to sell it and need to satisfy myself that the sound works OK. You should know that all the troubleshooting steps have been followed through in the manual and nothing works. Someone with a fairly good knowledge of sound in electronic devices could not find the cause and suggested it was a dud tv sold to me. but I am hoping you can shed some light on this issue. thank you.
