Help with my Toshiba issue
I have recently acquired a laptop from a family member and when switched on the To****ba logo comes up and then it goes to a black screen with a blue box asking for a p***word. Unfortunately the family member has p***ed away so there is no way to get the p***word. Is this laptop useless now or can I byp*** this p***word? Thanks
I trust that Toshiba will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
