I have recently acquired a laptop from a family member and when switched on the Toshiba logo comes up and then it goes to a black screen with a blue box asking for a password. Unfortunately the family member has passed away so there is no way to get the password. Is this laptop useless now or can I bypass this password? Thanks
GetHuman-sjcom did not yet indicate what Toshiba should do to make this right.
