Hello, I am currently vacationing in Fort Myers from Orillia, Ontario for Christmas with my son. We attended a Raptors game and had a great time in lower bowl seats for the 20th row. My son, a big fan, was extremely happy about the game and enjoyed it a lot. However, we later found out that there was a chance to meet the Raptors on the floor after the game, but we were not allowed back into the arena due to their policy. My son was heartbroken, and I would love to make it up to him by arranging meet and greet passes for the Orlando game on December 28th. I'm willing to travel the 6-hour round trip if it means he gets to meet his favorite basketball team. If anyone knows how I can secure these passes, please let me know. Seeing my son's smile is what matters most to me. Thank you for your help.

Attending my first Raptors game was a long-awaited experience. Acquiring seats from a stag and doe raffle winner, I researched the seating charts. Despite expecting a good view, the reality was disappointing. Located at the top with a large black obstruction, my girlfriend felt dizzy. Rushing her to the car for her medication, we encountered Daniel, who allowed us to exit without scanning our tickets. Upon returning, we were startled by a no re-entry policy not mentioned on our tickets. Confusion ensued, and after speaking with various staff members, we faced rejection at every turn. Eventually, a manager heard our plight and permitted re-entry post-halftime. The lack of transparency, conflicting information, and disrespectful interactions tainted what was meant to be a memorable event.

Hello, my name is Gihad Sayegh, and I reside in Richmond Hill, Ontario. My family, including my wife, two daughters, and son, are huge Raptors fans. During the parade on Monday, my 15-year-old daughter Joyce was recording a video when the unfortunate shooting incident occurred nearby. She lost her glasses, got injured, and her sister screamed for help while they tried to escape. Their pictures, taken while they were distressed, have been featured in the Toronto Star and CBC news. Since the incident, Joyce hasn't been able to attend school due to her situation, missing exams, and her sister also missed university exams. Instead of celebrating the Raptors' win, we are focused on helping our daughters return to normal life. I kindly ask the Raptors to consider assisting us in making our kids happy and getting back to normal.

I have a story to share about taking my 14-year-old son, a devoted NBA (Raptors) fan, from St. Stephen, N.B., to Toronto for the championship parade. Despite the expenses on hotels and return flights, we couldn't see much at the parade. We waited for 7 hours with no access to water or bathrooms at Bay and Queen, told the parade would pass by us. Unfortunately, it didn't, so we attempted to go closer to the stage, but the crowd made it nearly impossible. Eventually, we tried to move closer, only to hear gunshots nearby, causing chaos. Pushed, shoved, and feeling a bit trampled, we had to leave the square and head east. Despite our efforts, we missed out on the celebration. We're genuine fans and may try again next year if they win. Thank you for listening to my experience. - Andrew A.

I want to express my gratitude for taking the time out of your busy schedule to respond. Since our last conversation, the number of boys in need has increased. Despite being kids, they carry themselves like young men. Many of the remarkable men on our Toronto team are quite tall and can relate to the challenges these boys face. Witnessing the struggles of children from low-income families who can't even afford a basic pair of shoes, let alone ones that fit properly, is heartbreaking. While equality is important, I believe these children deserve some extra care and support at this crucial time in their lives. It would be wonderful if you could join me on this journey to show these kids in need that they are not limited in any aspect of their lives.

I would like to buy tickets to a Raptors game for my brother and his wife visiting from Calgary. I tried to order online on Nov. sixth for Section [redacted], Row 6, Seats 16 & 17, but couldn't un-check "go mobile". Since I'm seventy and don't own a cell phone, this is problematic. It seems unfair for the Raptors to exclude older and less fortunate fans for not having smartphones. I believe there must be a solution to purchase these tickets without the mobile option. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you - Susan.

As a devoted Toronto Raptors fan, I am frustrated with the constant unfair calls by the referees that seem to be working against our team. Many of our defeats can be attributed to the biased officiating in favor of American teams. I am eager to know the steps Raptors Management is taking to rectify this situation as it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to enjoy watching the games in light of these injustices.

Our eldest grandson, age 17, had a trampoline accident in Kamloops, BC, resulting in a complete spinal cord injury at the L1 level. He's a dedicated basketball player dreaming of joining the NBA. Kindly reach out to Kyle Lowry and Pascal Siakam (his favorite players) to offer support. The accident occurred on May 19, [redacted], and Cameron has been transferred to GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre in Vancouver until around Sept 2. He's motivated to regain strength and independence. Paralyzed in both legs, Cameron faces a challenging journey but remains hopeful of walking again someday. Contact me for Cameron's details. Your assistance would mean a lot to his family and friends. Mavis Gelowitz is my name, and Cameron's parents are Jody and Karen. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Recently, the team secured the 4th pick in the NBA draft lottery, while the Cavs landed the 3rd pick. Siakam's performance has declined, although he was an all-star before. Considering trading Siakam for the 3rd pick could allow us to acquire Mobley and Suggs. Additionally, trading Kyle Lowry for picks would create cap space for the future development of Mobley and Suggs, making it a beneficial move. Selling Khem Birch, who may not be a long-term asset, and dealing Rodney Hood due to his high cap hit of $11 million could further strengthen the team financially. The proposed starting lineup includes Gary Trent Jr, Fred Vanvleet, OG, Suggs, and Mobley, with a deep bench to support the team.
