Had another notebook delivered with no screen. My name is Patricia Blauch. Also another order delivered that was nothing like the description.**So disappointed. This was not to get free items but correct items. I have recommended Tophatter more than once. If you don't know your vendor don't use them. I received *.** for a purchased item that came incomplete. You have kept the shipping costs which I understand.**Now I Feel the need to let people know you are not reliable and not dependable.**We don't want free purchases... Just want the purchase we ordered. Right now I need two notebook screens.**I am sorry if I seem harsh but I do not tolerate theft and deception. My nephew was promised that notebook.**Thank you*Patricia Blauch
