Hello, I am Janice P. and I am experiencing an issue with a recent purchase. I had bid on an item, won the auction, but later found a better quality and cheaper alternative. I submitted a refund request on 1/18, the day after purchasing on 1/17 while the product was still at the warehouse. The refund request, ticket #[redacted], was under review by the seller while the item was still in the warehouse. Upon checking the refund status, I was surprised to see it had been denied without any explanation, even though the item had not been shipped. I simply want a refund for the item. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. The order number is [redacted]45. Thank you.

I recently received my order from Tophatter which included 3 bottles of 3000mg pure Hemp oil. Unfortunately, one of the bottles arrived broken, leaking oil out of the stained envelope it was shipped in. I contacted the company I believed I purchased from and they redirected me to Tophatter for assistance. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, either a replacement for the broken bottle or a refund. Thank you, James H. PS: I have a picture of the broken bottle available if needed.

I am Arthur Maynard. I have updated my address on your site weeks ago, but my orders are still going to my old address at [redacted] Kramer Rd, Leitchfield, KY [redacted]. The correct address should be 72 North Brooks Cove Rd, Hayesville, NC [redacted]. I have been charged for orders I have not received. Please refund my money or resend my orders to the correct address. I checked my order list on your site, and I have not received any of the items, starting with the cross. Your site shows it was delivered, but I did not get it. The old address recipient tends to keep packages. Please resolve this quickly. I will not place more orders until this is fixed. Thank you.

Hello, I am Tom Mckinney. I placed an order for nine items and have paid for them, but I have not yet received anything. The postal service informed me that the shipping labels had incorrect address and zip code details, which led to the packages not being deliverable internationally. They will be returned to the sender. After checking, all my order numbers indeed have the wrong address and zip code. Therefore, I am requesting a refund to my card as I am uncertain about the timeline for the reshipment. Your prompt assistance on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tom Mckinney.

I have been experiencing issues with my Top Hatter account for the past week and a half. I've tried to bid on items and checkout my shopping cart, but it's not working correctly. I had $38 in my wallet, now down to $32 after refunding $6 back to my credit card. Some items were sent to the wrong address in Cumberland, Ohio, instead of Pleasant City, Ohio. One item was received broken. They took me off the site, and now I can't access it or pay for my items. I still have credit in my wallet. I've been emailing multiple times a day without much response. I want them to refund my credit card or let me back on the site to pay for my items. I can't even check the status of my other orders. The way I have been treated is unacceptable, and I am starting to feel foolish for the way things are being handled. I have not received the Bee Hive ring I purchased. I cannot track its status and have been unable to contact anyone about this issue. I am disappointed and reluctant to buy from this platform again. It's frustrating that I can only see my most recent order on Top Hatter and haven't received that one either. I am requesting a refund for the ring and would like detailed tracking information for the earrings. As someone who ships globally for a vendor, I know tracking should be more precise. Buyers should have easier access to this information. I am considering involving authorities if the matter is not resolved promptly.

I purchased a 10-inch Android Tablet with order number #[redacted]41 and requested a refund after finding it was not CDMA compatible as advertised. Despite returning the item, I have not received the refund yet. I also bought a 7-inch Android Tablet with order number #[redacted]89, which has Wi-Fi connectivity issues. I have requested a refund multiple times through the Tophatter site but have not received any response from the seller. I contacted the seller for both items within days of receiving them, although it has now been over 30 days. I am seeking a refund for the 10-inch tablet and instructions from the seller on returning the 7-inch tablet for a refund. Thank you.

I am requesting a refund for a defective sonic tool that broke when I opened the battery compartment. Furthermore, instead of the items I ordered, I received a scam robo cleaner x3. The cost to return these items is higher than their value, and shipping back to the city where the coronavirus started is a concern. One item I received did not have connectors for HDMI to micro. Please refund the money to the original payment source to avoid escalation to PayPal or the bank. If necessary, Synchrony can assist in resolving the matter if not addressed promptly. The return shipping expenses should be covered by the Chinese supplier since these were ordered with free shipping. While some items are satisfactory, Tophatter should not allow low-quality or misrepresented products like the truck light that resembles sticky insulated wires with no visual effect as advertised. There are multiple issues with a few subpar products that should be discontinued from the platform among the hundreds of bids available.

I bid on 2 Max Ten tablets with keyboards and won both. However, when they arrived, there were no tablets, only keyboards. I specifically selected the 7-inch size, but I received two keyboards instead. They have refused to refund my money. This happened to me two years ago from the same seller. False advertising and deception are illegal. I am a paralegal, Ellie, and I have consulted my lawyer. I demand the tablets I paid for. If this is not resolved, further action will be taken. I have been a loyal customer since [redacted], but starting from November [redacted], I've faced numerous issues with my Top Hatter account. Despite reaching out to management, my problems remain unresolved. The unauthorized charges on my credit card were the final straw prompting me to involve Bank of America. Several orders were canceled, some refunded, and some falsely marked as delivered to a different address in a different state. My account credits fluctuated without explanation. I was shocked to receive an email claiming I purchased a credit book for $97, a transaction I never initiated. Despite a recent $8.66 credit, I am unable to make purchases since February 4th. I possess detailed records of dates, order numbers, and previous emails for reference. I urgently request refunds for two undelivered items, order #[redacted]24 for a Gel Pen Set and order #[redacted]22 amounting to $7.58 each. On April 7th, I contacted Tophatter six times regarding a pressure washer I never received, despite having a tracking number showing it was delivered to someone else. I have tried contacting the shipper directly and even sent certified mail without any resolution. My goal is to receive the package I paid for, not just a refund. I believe Tophatter should assist in resolving this matter and preventing potential fraudulent activities. I have conducted thorough investigations to gather all necessary information, including the shipper's details and the actual recipient of my package. I will continue to pursue this until it is resolved and appreciate any assistance from Tophatter in rectifying this situation.

I am 74 years old and have difficulty emailing due to my shaky hands. I live in Modesto, CA. Please contact me at [redacted]. I have concerns about my recent orders with you. The 3 oz. of gold ore I purchased was only 1.58 oz. The 9 bulb ultraviolet flashlight I received only had 1 bulb and is ineffective. Previously, I bought 5 (2 cell AAA) flashlights and was satisfied. However, in my recent order, I received 5 (single cell AA) lights, which were smaller, less bright, and did not match the original order. There are more issues to discuss.

I have seven items that I have not received, which I will detail for you. This includes four necklaces, two CBD orders for pain, and a vivid mask. Top Hatter has claimed online that they delivered the mask to my old address at [redacted] Sakura CT. I have since updated my address online to PO Box [redacted], SAC [redacted]. If any packages were sent to the old address, there are two Mexican men at that location whom I asked to return any misplaced packages to the mailbox. I've been a loyal customer of Top Hatter for nearly three years and have never had issues before. Due to changes caused by COVID-19 and my address update, I have been unable to resolve this. I have 18 orders from Tophatter with estimated delivery dates and tracking numbers from China. After the items supposedly arrived in the United States, some were delayed, and I suspect my account might have been compromised. I shop online at various sites like Ipsy, Scentbird, Wish, and Tophatter. Recently, unauthorized activities appeared on my account, leading me to report the issue to Tophatter on May 22. While newer orders arrived, older ones kept getting delayed. A few rings were marked as delivered, but I never received them. I contacted Tophatter about this and got a refund. However, I have several products ordered as far back as April 7, [redacted], still in transit. I am reaching out for help to either receive my products promptly or get a full refund, including shipping costs. For further details on my orders, I have all the information noted down.
