I am very disappointed. **I have been very happy with my other TopHatter purchases. I have turned other people on to buying from TopHatter, because the deals are so good! This retailer, and lack of support on these orders, from TopHatter, however, has been disappointing. **Can you please help me? I would like a refund of the price for those purchases ($**.**). Otherwise I will report this to my Visa credit card company, for false advertising and goods. **Please process a refund of $**.**. I look forward to continuing to shop with TopHatter. I am not aware if Get Human contacted TopHatter, or if the company merely responded to my multiple emails. Regardless, I did mention GH in my next reply. **I resolved the issue by explaining the situation to my credit card company’s resolution dispute department. I was immediately credited the full amount of charges.
