I made a purchase and have not received it. The tracking number provided seems invalid. I am trying to locate my package and verify if it has actually been shipped. The expected delivery date has passed, scheduled for the seventh. I would appreciate any assistance. The order number is [redacted]7, and the tracking number provided is UPS [redacted][redacted]9. I recently made 5 orders, but 3 of them got canceled. I accidentally canceled the robot vacuum order by clicking on it. However, the other 2 orders were meant to be kept as I made the payment for them. I'm not sure why this happened, but now I'm unable to bid for 24 hours. I'm feeling really frustrated about this situation. I need assistance to resolve this issue so I can start bidding again as soon as possible.

Last night, I believed my account was hacked, so I sent an email. Although the account was disabled for security, no actual hack occurred. I need it to be reactivated, but every attempt to turn it back on fails. I have purchased seven items and enjoy using the website. I only joined recently. Please assist me in resolving this issue. I have over $54 worth of merchandise that I have not received, which was ordered in May/June. My name is Cathleen B., and my correct address is [redacted] East Gospel Grove Ave, Terre Haute, IN [redacted]. My old, incorrect address is [redacted] N. Depot St, Brazil, IN [redacted]. I have received several items at my new address, but it seems all these missing items were sent to my old address and never reached me. I am very upset about this situation, especially with Christmas approaching. Please assist me in either receiving the items or processing a refund.

I recently started using Tophatter and found myself bidding on a tablet. Shortly after, I received two "you won" confirmations for different tablets. I attempted to request a refund before shipping, but the process wouldn't let me explain the situation to the seller. Despite Tophatter's [redacted]% return policy within 30 days, my refund request was denied. I have no use for the unintended tablet, as the one I wanted is just a backup for my daughter. I'm also worried it might not be compatible with 4G. The order number is [redacted]2. I tried to find out why the item was not eligible for a refund before shipment but encountered an error page. If I'm forced to receive the item, I will mark the box for return to sender. I have other canceled orders for similar reasons involving diamond paintings.

My order, scheduled to arrive today, seems to still be in Hong Kong since September 29, [redacted], according to the package tracking feature on TopHatter. Order #[redacted]4, estimated for delivery today, has not shown any progress from Hong Kong, China. Could you please clarify the criteria TopHatter uses to determine if a package is delayed? I understand the challenges in China currently due to the communist regime's stance on human rights. Another order expected on October 15, [redacted], is also stuck in China. Order #[redacted]1. If all signs point to significant delays beyond the normal timeframe and more than 10 days have passed since the expected delivery date, I may need to request a refund on my credit card for these undelivered items. I placed an order for a pair of boots, with an expected delivery date of October 31st. However, I have yet to receive them. I urgently need the boots by November 13th. If the item does not arrive by November 1st, I request a refund. I am frustrated with the lack of transparency in tracking my order, as it seems to be stuck in one location. Additionally, the contact number provided on the website is not functional, which raises suspicions. I also have a pending order for a hat since September that is still showing as "in transit." I demand an immediate refund or will take further action by reporting this to the relevant authorities for false transit information.

I am constantly receiving calls from DHL INTERNATIONAL Shipping regarding my package. The messages start in English then switch to Chinese. I ordered a tablet online from one of your auctions, and I think it's being shipped from China. They have called multiple times today about this express package, claiming it's my last chance. I would like to address my order [redacted]5 regarding an Android tablet. Upon delivery, I noticed that the item does not match the description provided. The box, as well as the plastic container inside, appear to be damaged, giving the impression that it might be an old box. Furthermore, the tablet itself seems to have been tampered with as the cellophane looks like it has been removed and replaced, suggesting it is not a new item. Since this was intended as a Christmas gift, I am unable to present it in its current condition. I attempted to send a photo from my phone, but unfortunately, it did not go through. I am requesting a full refund for this purchase.

I'm frustrated with the lack of response to my emails. I purchased a laptop from you, but it arrived broken. When I returned it, I was informed that I couldn't get a refund to my bank account and that the money was credited to my Tophatter account instead. Now, despite buying more items from you, I'm unable to use the credit on my account. I'm beginning to question if this is a scam. I need to be contacted promptly, or I will be contacting the General Power Attorney.

I have sold three products on Tophatter and my customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, Tophatter is now requesting proof of authenticity before paying me the money I earned from the items. I emailed them asking when my funds would be available, and they said it would depend on customer confirmation of receiving the items. The customers have confirmed they received the items, but Tophatter is still refusing to pay me unless I can prove authenticity. They are even asking me to refund the money back if I can't provide proof. It's frustrating because they are holding onto money that was never given to me in the first place. I just want my items back if they're not going to pay me. How will Tophatter contact the customers who bought my items and are satisfied with their purchases?

I inadvertently used my old address when ordering items, resulting in the return of the package. I promptly corrected the address for the last two items, and only the bamboo desk top table has been delivered so far. I updated my address to [redacted] W. Fountain Way, Fresno, CA [redacted] on your website, replacing the old [redacted] Howard Road #[redacted], Madera, CA. Despite these changes, I have not yet received my refund. I need assistance with returning the vacuum I received as it was not what I expected and I am not satisfied with it. Additionally, I only received one dog collar out of the two I ordered. I intended to find a product similar to what the vets offer but at a lower cost. The item I received does not have lot numbers on the package, and I want to ensure it is an authentic product. I have sent numerous emails to support, but all I get is runarounds. They haven't paid me for the items I sold successfully. My account got suspended because they want proof of authenticity for my listed items after being sold. Now, they are requesting proof of authenticity for items already bought by customers. I informed them I can't email from my suspended account, emphasizing I'm contacting them about delivered items. This experience has been frustrating with different responses from support. I mentioned their own rules and now a support member is harassing me through emails. I have evidence of all this. It's unbelievable, and I'm shocked. They must release my funds. They picked the wrong person to mess with. I also offered them the money I never received in exchange for returning the products bought by the customer. I recommend staying away from this site; there are better alternatives for buying and selling online.

I clicked on a web link to view an item I was interested in, which redirected me to Tophatter. Although I had never used the service before, I attempted to sign in using my Facebook account, but was prompted to sign in with my email as my account was closed. After following the instructions to recover my account through email, I did not receive the recovery instructions. However, upon searching through my seldom-used email, I discovered several order-related emails indicating that someone is using my name. I would like to identify the individual responsible for this activity.

Hello, I am Jack Downey. I recently encountered an issue with Capital Bank, my banking source. Capitol Bank restricted my purchases after suspecting my credit card might have been used by someone in connection with the F.B.I. I clarified the situation with your representative, ensuring I am the sole user of my card. Capitol Bank later apologized and reinstated my card. Unfortunately, TopHatters has suspended my account, wrongly assuming I shared my card. As a 73-year-old, TopHatters is my hobby, and I kindly request you to reactivate my account. My credit card details are Union Plus Mastercard ending in [redacted] with an expiration date of 10/21. You can verify with Capitol Bank's fraud department. I purchased an 8GB-32GB Digital MP3/Mp4 player 1.8 on October 27, [redacted], but I have not yet received it. Instead, I received a pair of earbuds and a USB cable. I am unsure if the MP3 player was accidentally left out of the package. I did get an email stating that my order (MP3 player) should have been delivered between November 12th and November 14th. I would like to request not to cancel my order for the skull necklace. I just needed an additional day to complete the payment. I was not informed in advance that my order could be canceled, and now I find myself unable to bid as well. I have had several negative experiences with purchases on Tophatter; items have arrived damaged, incorrect, or late. I have previously faced bidding restrictions for reasons I find unfair, like purchasing the same item at a lower price and returning the original. I seek clarification on why this action leads to bidding limitations, as ultimately, I am still making purchases. I kindly ask for the reinstatement of my bidding privileges. Please provide a resolution to this matter.
