I recently updated my address to [redacted] Trevi Court #[redacted], Lake Worth, Florida [redacted]. However, one of my orders, the gel pen set, was delivered to my old address in NJ, which I no longer reside at. I did not receive it. I expect a refund or for it to be shipped to my current address. This mix-up was not on my end, as I had already updated my information with you. I order frequently from your website and had no issues until now. Please ensure that all my future orders are sent to the correct address: [redacted] Trevi Court #[redacted], Lake Worth, Florida [redacted]. I purchased a coin on your website and was shocked to receive a coin from the German Holocaust period with Nazi symbols, dated [redacted]. My grandmother, G.R., is a Holocaust survivor from Wenzendorf, Germany. The arrival of this coin was traumatic and brought back memories of her escape at 14 years old. Unfortunately, I won't be using Tophatter again due to this experience. Please discontinue the sale of these 1[redacted] Von Hindenburg coins. I may consider seeking legal advice on this matter. The coin will be discarded in 30 days unless action is taken. If needed, I can provide pictures for reference.

I am experiencing difficulty paying for orders with the numbers [redacted]4, [redacted]1, and [redacted]6 using my Visa card. My card has been declined by my bank due to security measures. I have contacted my bank and the security hold has been removed. I have fulfilled my obligations, and now Tophatter must ensure I can proceed with purchasing the mentioned orders and future items. I've been patiently waiting for a return shipping label for item [redacted] for a total of 52 days, which exceeds the 7 and 30 days TOP HATTER requires. Since all my items are from China, they have not provided the necessary tracking label. I still intend to return the item, but I'm unsure how to proceed without the required label from your company. This situation feels like false advertising, prompting me to contact my credit card company about it.

I bid on a makeup box for $6 and accepted a buy one get one free offer for $12, but I was charged $26. I tried to cancel the order without success and requested a refund which I haven't received. I tried to buy a Mark Grace Rookie baseball card, but encountered Error [redacted] during the transaction. Following that, I got a notification from Top Hatter explaining that they couldn't reinstate my account due to a shared information issue with another account that has a high cancellation rate. However, I'm the sole user of this account, so this is confusing. Can anyone assist with this issue?

Hello, I'm Elle. I placed a bid on the size 6 luxury bowknot rose-filled ring with a large champagne brilliant CZ. I accidentally ordered another ring from a different seller and had to cancel this one. Is the price still $3 for this beautiful ring? I purchased a video camera for my disabled father. After unboxing it, charging it, and turning it on, the screen froze. Despite restarting it, the screen remained white. I tried contacting two different phone numbers and sent an email, but received no response. I need my money refunded promptly. I attempted to troubleshoot with a human but was unsuccessful. I printed a return label, but the policy states it will take at least 30 days after the product is received for a refund. This delay is unacceptable. I demand my $50 back immediately. Hello, I believe I won a refurbished computer through an auction on your website. I bid and successfully won it for $12, as shown in the attached screenshot indicating 12 bids. However, upon trying to pay for the item, the invoice displays a pyramid clock instead of the computer. I am disappointed by what appears to be a misleading switch of the item that was originally listed for auction. Having previously won a MacBook for $18 earlier this year, I trusted the legitimacy of this platform. I urge you to review my purchase history to validate my concerns. I am disheartened by this situation as I value your website's credibility and expected transparency throughout the bidding process. I purchased a mini vintage retro TV game console with [redacted] built-in games on my tablet using [redacted] and another one on my smartphone using [redacted] I noticed that I was charged twice for $22 each on my bank statement for the same item. I want to cancel one and get a refund for it. The email confirmation for [redacted] says the order will be shipped in 18 to 20 days. Both accounts use the same bank card for payment.

I have reached out to Tophatter multiple times regarding my undelivered order. This is my final attempt to resolve this issue. Despite following the instructions provided and contacting SF Express and FedEx several times, I have been unable to locate my package. FedEx confirmed that only a label was created but the package was not handed over to them. They advised me to reach out to the seller, but the contact number provided leads to no response. This item was meant as a Christmas gift and I ordered it in November to ensure timely delivery. The delay and lack of progress in resolving this matter are frustrating. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this situation. Repeating the same instructions to contact SF Express has not yielded any results. As much as I have enjoyed using Tophatter, this experience has left me reluctant to use the platform in the future.

I am disappointed as I received my package today, ten days late, and discovered that it had been opened and the Anniversary Ring for my wife was missing. The package has multiple stickers saying "RECEIVED WITHOUT CONTENT" from McAlester, OK, zip #[redacted]. The Tracking # is [redacted]04. I ordered several items on Dec. 4 and 5, and so far, I have received only 3 items, with one more package to arrive containing 2 Green CZ Bracelet white Gold filled items, Tracking #[redacted]75. Yesterday, my phone got wet in the car, leading to an unfortunate incident where the app "Top Hatter" was accessed without my consent, resulting in an order being placed for $78. I only discovered this after checking my statement. I have been trying to contact them today to cancel the order and seek a refund, but I couldn't find any contact number. I fear that by the time this email is read, it will be too late. I have no idea how this order was placed, as I did not authorize it. I have made purchases from this app before, but this order for a camera is not mine. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I have not received my package. The order number is [redacted]2 for a 32GB spy camera watch. It shows it was delivered in Texas, but I live in Alabama. This needs to be resolved promptly. I also had an issue with a previous order where I did not receive a refund of $23 after making a mistake. If this is not corrected, I will delete my account. I am a loyal customer of Tophatter and spend a lot of money on the platform. Please assist me with either receiving my package or the refund. I have updated my address multiple times, and despite saving the changes, my orders from TOPHATTER continue to be delivered to my old address. The new residents at my previous address are not returning my packages. Consequently, I have been paying for items that I am not receiving because they are being sent to the wrong location. All my current orders are also being sent to the old address. I am requesting a prompt full refund and need a response to this issue immediately. If unresolved, I will have to escalate this matter on social media and address it publicly.

I bought an LED car at the beginning of this month but it hasn't arrived yet. I made a purchase, not a bid. If the company isn't planning to send it along with my other won items, including those said to be in transit, I request a refund. I have more than 50 orders, and I want a full refund as I doubt the company's intention to deliver as promised. I prefer clear communication and feel frustrated with the lack of it. I recently placed an order, and unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address in the same town. I contacted the company for either a refund or a replacement product, providing the tracking number and the phone number of the postal office that handled the delivery to verify my claim. Despite sending five requests and complaints, I have yet to receive a response. I've received [redacted] items from them successfully, but this issue with the 131st item has left me feeling hesitant about using their services in the future.
