I am a loyal Tommy Bahama customer and have always been impressed with the quality of their products. However, recently I purchased a shirt that did not hold up well at all. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach images to show the damage. The shirt has wear holes in both armpits, a small hole near the bottom button, and the fabric around the collar has pilled. Despite being satisfied with other items from the brand, this shirt has left me disappointed given how much I spent on it. I am willing to provide photos upon request. Hello, my family and I have always valued the quality of Tommy Bahama products. Living in Florida, we rely on Tommy Bahama for beach, park, sports outings. Sadly, our beach umbrella broke during a recent beach day, cutting our day short. I was surprised and disappointed since the umbrella was purchased less than a year ago. I have photos showing where it failed near the pole and the plastic spiral at the bottom. Hopefully, Tommy Bahama can restore the trust I had in their products. Subject: Issue with Recent Purchase Hello, During my visit to your store at University Town Center mall in Tampa on April 6th, I inquired about any ongoing promotions. Despite being informed that there were no current coupons available, I made a full-priced purchase of shorts. To my disappointment, the very next day, my daughter received a $50 coupon in the mail, which slipped past me as I am currently in Florida and the coupon was sent to my NJ home address. Based on previous experiences, I recall that store associates were able to look up my information in the system to apply discounts retroactively. Had I been aware of the available coupon, I would have requested this. Attached is a copy of my receipt totaling $[redacted]. I recently bought 3 shirts marked as XL from a store in south Florida. Unfortunately, they all turned out to be 2X, as they were very loose on me. I have worn XL for 25 years and never had issues until now, especially for shirts that cost $[redacted] each. The disappointment was magnified as I packed them for a trip to Argentina the next day. When I arrived in Buenos Aires and tried one on for dinner, I noticed how much larger it was compared to my other XL shirts. It was quite disheartening, especially since I was going to be there for 5 weeks. This experience has taught me not to trust Tommy Bahama shirts to fit correctly, regardless of the price or brand. I'm really let down by this and will certainly not make the same mistake again.

I had an unpleasant experience at Tommy Bahama in Mission Viejo Mall, Mission Viejo, California tonight. My husband wanted to return a shirt he purchased a month ago. After wearing it once, the shirt frayed. It was a $[redacted] shirt! Upon our return to the store, the salesperson, who claimed to be a supervisor, treated us rudely. She was clearly in a bad mood and took it out on my husband. We were shocked by her unkindness, as we have never experienced such treatment in this store before. Although she processed our return, her attitude was terrible. She even went as far as blaming my husband's scruffy beard for ruining the shirt. This lack of customer service was unacceptable. Despite my husband being a loyal Tommy Bahama customer, I am now reluctant to return due to this incident. I initially posted a negative Google review but decided to inform the company directly. It is important for you to address these issues within your sales programs and employee supervision to prevent losing more customers like us. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best, KR

I recently bought a Tommy Bahama queen comforter at Macy's. Prior to using it, I washed it at the laundromat. Unfortunately, after drying it, I noticed a large tear in the underlying material where the top cover meets the filling. I had to hand stitch the rip myself, as I didn't want the inconvenience of returning it and risking the same issue after laundering. The tear was on the beige fabric, and the thought of going through the hassle of returning it, only to have the same thing happen after washing, was not appealing to me. It was also disappointing to find the quality of stitching and fabric lacking. The colors of the comforter are perfect, but the durability is concerning.

On August 11, [redacted], I visited the Tommy Bahama Retail Store at Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO, as it opened at 10 a.m. Upon arrival, a middle-aged woman by the cash register informed me about the Friends and Family discount. I was excited about the sale and ready to shop. While browsing, the associate at the front of the store engaged in personal conversations instead of assisting customers. Despite selecting 7 items to try on, I was not offered help to access a fitting room. After spending about 35 minutes in the store, disappointed by the lack of service, I returned the items and left. Having experienced excellent service at the Ko Olina Resort Tommy Bahama previously, I had hoped for a similar experience. Unfortunately, the associates at the Kansas City location did not meet my expectations. I ended up making my purchases online instead. Hello, I worked at the Mauna Lani location in September [redacted]. The second paycheck was deposited correctly, but unfortunately, I never received the first paycheck. My manager Stennis sent it to an incorrect address without confirming with me. He mentioned that the check was canceled, and a new one would be issued, but it never arrived. Stennis promised to follow up with payroll, but has been too busy to address the issue. It has been two months, and I need assistance as I am no longer employed due to carpal tunnel issues. I have financial obligations like my cell phone bill and storage unit, which are now at risk. I have the ADP earnings statement in PDF format if required. The amount in question is $[redacted].45. Hola, buenas noches. Soy Gabriel S., un cliente fiel de la marca Tommy B. desde hace muchos años. Tengo más de 30 prendas de su marca, incluyendo camisetas polo, sudaderas, jeans, pantalones y trajes de baño que uso a diario. Ayer, tuve una experiencia decepcionante al estrenar unos jeans grises que compré en Sacramento, California. Compré los jeans el 14 de enero y al día siguiente, al usarlos por primera vez para viajar a México con United Airlines, en el aeropuerto me di cuenta de que estaban rotos en la parte de atrás, sin haberse atorado o jalarlos con nada. Me sorprende esta situación ya que siempre he valorado la calidad de sus productos. Me gustaría enviarles una foto de los pantalones para demostrarlo. Mi única petición es que me repongan el producto o que me reembolsen. Seguiré siendo un fiel seguidor y recomendaré su marca, ya que soy un adulto de 58 años que solo busca hacer lo correcto.
