I bought a new go premium Satnav the battery is dead but when try charging via computer it doesn't seem to charge one iota.*I have called and spoken to a "Andy "who said it could be the cable at fault so I've paid for one and haven't received as yet.
GetHuman4095709 did not yet indicate what TomTom should do to make this right.
