I was told by the TomTom associate that the upgrade to my Mazda NB* navigation was free, but then in an email he sends, I have to pay $**.**, which I did only to receive an outdated **** update, which still doesn't recognize my home. Furthermore, my navigation system updated to version "**" not "****," which is the February **** update. How do I get a refund or get a full update to the **** "****" update? **Sincerely,*John Barbuto****.***.****
