I have two poles on my property that I would like removed. Last year, your team came and removed two poles while informing me that the remaining ones would be handed over to the city of Clyde for removal. There is a telephone line loop around my house that was likely installed over thirty years ago for a previous owner's camper, which is no longer relevant. The telephone wire hangs down about nine feet on my property, and I am unsure if it was installed by the telephone company. Recently, on the nineteenth, someone took down my gate and drove on my yard, which I don't use for driving. Initially, I thought it was my neighbor, but they indicated that it was your team that pruned the poles and trees. The brush was left behind, and I had to move it [redacted] feet to the curb for the city's pick-up. While I know your team is great, I was taken aback by the removal of my chain and entry onto my property, which is why I had the chain up. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My husband and I experienced a power outage at 2:15 am on Monday, 9/7/[redacted] due to a City tree branch falling on our power line and pulling it, along with the metal pole attached to our house. After calling the outage hotline, a technician came and cut the line, leaving us without power since then. We had the necessary repairs done and acquired a work permit for an inspection. Despite some confusion regarding the process and communication between different individuals, the inspector visited today and instructed us to contact the utility company for further assistance. After reaching out and providing a work order number, we were informed to follow up tomorrow for an application for service. The delays have been frustrating, especially since my husband relies on a C-PAP machine for sleep. I hope there can be a more efficient way to expedite the restoration of our power in situations like these.

I recently received a letter regarding my mother's account with the Acct # [redacted]13. My mother passed away on June 20, [redacted], due to Covid. The house remained unoccupied until August 20, [redacted], when I finalized the sale and a new family moved in. During the closing, I was informed that the utilities had been transferred to the new family's name with a final reading scheduled for August 20. I made payments for June, July, and August, and expected no further bills after the final reading. After two months of no bills, I closed my mother's account. I haven't received copies of the bills to verify the dates, so I kindly request that you send me a copy of the bill to ensure there are no charges after August 20. Thank you. //P. McVicker//
