I ordered a shirt from Tobi for $** on April **th. Once I received the package, I decided to return it. I got an email on May *st from Tobi saying that my return was scanned in and then another email on May **th that my return had arrived at the warehouse and I would get my refund within * weeks. On June *rd, I still did not have my refund so I emailed Tobi to ask where it was and on June **st I got a response from Tobi that the return label I had downloaded did not show up as scanned. I then responded saying that it must have been because I got an email saying that Tobi has received the package back (and forwarded them this email as well) and then another person responded saying that the package was still in transit. There is no telephone number for me to reach them and no one is doing anything to get me my refund now nearly * months later
GetHuman3158033 did not yet indicate what Tobi.com should do to make this right.
