I purchased a dress from Tobi over a week ago now, and it has yet to be shipped. I understand that volume might be higher than normal but I have not received any email or notice about this. The only email I have received is the confirmation order which states that the order would be processed and shipped within * days max!!. I ordered this dress for a special event I have this Friday and I’m frustrated that I won’t receive it in time. I have reached out two times now to their support team and clearly said I would pay extra for additional shipping I just really need the dress and I really needed some kind of help and communication from the company. I am now furious and do not want to shop with Tobi in the future. This dress was purchased well in advance to prepare for a situation like such however, this has gone above and beyond and I am very disappointed in the lack of respect and communication especially towards a very loyal customer.
GetHuman1678966 did not yet indicate what Tobi.com should do to make this right.
