Hi, my name is Julia Meyers and I placed an order with Tobi over the weekend. I received an email about fraud prevention with a series of steps I needed to take to prove my card was the one being charged before my order was processed. I sent a return email about this and still have yet to be contacted about whether this was approved and if my order has been processed. For me personally, it was a large order and my first time ordering with your company. I have heard great things but was really looking forward to this order coming as soon as possible and this is not what I had expected. I would just like to know when or if my order is being processed. Thank you, Julia Meyers
