During my time working at the San Francisco warehouse ([redacted] Forbes) through the agency Wonolo, I experienced a concerning situation with an employee named Pierre who consistently brought his large German Shepherd pet into the facility, causing me discomfort as a pregnant employee. Despite my repeated attempts to address the issue, it led to a verbal altercation. I believe I was unjustly removed from the schedule from April 30th to May 4th, [redacted], after seeking reassurance from Christian (the requestor) that this wouldn't happen following our discussion. I am considering legal action and would appreciate alternative contact information for the warehouse to pursue this matter further.

I recently reached out and am unsure if my message went through, so I'm sending another one. It's frustrating that there is no customer service phone number available on your website. On May 24, my daughter placed order #[redacted]. The shipment was delayed and delivered to the wrong address, requiring us to search for it among our neighbors. When attempting to return the package, my daughter faced difficulties printing the label. Despite sending multiple emails detailing the situation, we received no response. I frequently shop for clothes online, and this level of customer service is unacceptable. If we can't return the items promptly, I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I urgently need guidance on how to proceed.

I bought a dress for a wedding, the Opposites Attract Lace Maxi Dress in Slate, size small. Unfortunately, the dress arrived damaged with a snag in the lace. Additionally, I discovered that the sizing is based on Junior Sizes, which was not clearly specified on the website. I reached out to customer service with photos as requested, but have not received further assistance. I really needed this dress for the upcoming weekend and am disappointed by the lack of response to my emails.

Hello, my name is Sarah M. I utilized my email address [redacted] for both billing and shipping details. However, upon attempting to finalize my order, I received a "declined" message indicating incorrect information. Despite numerous tries, the order wouldn't go through. Strangely, I later discovered that my order had been processed six times without any verification or order codes received. This situation caused five extra orders to go through inadvertently. I am unsure why this happened and would like to cancel the unnecessary orders. Although I used my credit card and email for the orders, I did not get any verification code to identify my order.

I bought a dress from Tobi over a week ago, but it still hasn't shipped. Despite the high volume, I haven't been updated. I only received the order confirmation stating it would ship in 2 days. I need the dress for an event this Friday, and I'm upset about the delay. I contacted support twice offering to pay extra for faster shipping, but I haven't received any help or communication. I'm frustrated and won't shop at Tobi again. I purchased the dress early to avoid this situation, so I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of respect and communication towards me as a loyal customer.

I am having trouble ordering a dress from Tobi.com using Sezzle. Both websites keep redirecting me without providing an order confirmation or number. Even though $15 has been deducted from my account by Sezzle, I have no information on the status of my order. I am worried about the money being withdrawn without confirmation of my purchase. I returned an item to Tobi in December and received an email confirmation on December 28 about the return. Despite their notice of high return volumes, by February 16, I had not received my refund, prompting me to email TobiCare. After no response by February 20, I sent a follow-up email, and on March 3, I tried contacting them again with no reply. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness from Tobi's customer service is incredibly frustrating. Usually, I am a loyal customer and have been using Tobi for years, relying on their reliable service. I have upcoming events like two weddings and a bachelorette party where I need dresses but due to this experience, I am disappointed and no longer plan to shop with them.

I would like to address a recent experience I had with a return from order # [redacted] made on 02/19/[redacted] with Tobi. Tobi confirmed receiving the return from USPS and later confirmed the delivery on 03/06/[redacted]. Despite these confirmations, it is now 04/11/[redacted], and I have not received my refund. I have reached out to Tobi through multiple emails and their website, but have not received any responses. This lack of communication and delay in processing the refund is unacceptable, especially given that I met the 10-day return policy for a full refund. I am considering escalating this issue to the Better Business Bureau and my bank for a chargeback if the refund is not processed within the next week. I expect a prompt resolution as this experience has left me dissatisfied and I do not plan on shopping at Tobi in the future.

I recently bought a dress from Tobi for my sister's wedding. Unfortunately, the zipper on the dress got stuck when I tried to put it on, and after my husband managed to zip it up, it split open shortly after. I had to use safety pins along the zipper line to wear the dress. I'm disappointed and have tried contacting Tobi three times for a refund or store credit with no response. I've also not received refunds for other items I returned. Seeing similar complaints has me worried. I hope the situation can be addressed soon. Thank you.

I made a purchase from Tobi for a $29 shirt on April 24th. After deciding to return the item, I was notified via email on May 1st that my return was scanned. A follow-up email on May 14th confirmed that my return reached the warehouse, and I should expect my refund in 2 weeks. By June 3rd, I had not received my refund, prompting me to reach out to Tobi via email. On June 21st, Tobi responded, mentioning that the return label I used was not scanned. Upon my explanation and forwarding the email confirming the package's receipt, another representative claimed the package was still in transit. I tried to call but found no contact number, and despite my efforts, my refund is pending nearly 3 months later.
