I was informed the product might be available in approximately two weeks, but I'm frustrated by this delay. Moreover, I've attempted to change my password, but I never receive the email to do so, despite the prompt indicating I would. Customer service informed me that the IT department's performance is lacking. I have already told five friends who previously ordered from this company to consider switching to another provider. It seems like the company's reputation is in question.
