I did not realize it was against the rules and had no intention of breaching the guidelines. I am hoping to be unbanned so I may utilize this service once more.

Hello. I have a query. Can I reinstate my subscription on this account? Previously, I had an active subscription linked to this number: “[redacted]6”. Due to app malfunctions, I deleted the old account and created a new one with the same number. Unfortunately, my subscription did not carry over. Bonjour, je voudrais partager mon expérience. Récemment, j'ai été banni de Tinder (le jeudi 16/12/[redacted]). Malgré mes multiples tentatives pour contacter le support, je n'ai reçu que des réponses génériques indiquant que j'avais enfreint les règles sans plus de détails. J'ai envoyé les détails de leur politique en expliquant point par point comment je les avais suivis, mais ils refusent toujours de réexaminer mon cas ou de me spécifier ma violation. Mon compte Instagram lié a également été banni, sans explication. Malgré ma demande de mes informations de compte, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse depuis le samedi 18/12/[redacted]. Envisageant des mesures légales, je trouve injuste d'être banni de manière arbitraire sans explication précise.

Recently, a Tinder Gold subscription was purchased on my account without my authorization. After contacting Apple for a refund, although they claim to have processed it, I have not received it yet. Upon checking the Tinder app, the subscription no longer appears, leaving me uncertain about the situation. Additionally, my account seems to be shadowbanned, even though it was created only a few days ago when the unauthorized subscription occurred. Another concern is that someone else briefly had access to my phone and used my Tinder account, leading to it being mistaken as fake when it is indeed legitimate.

Good day, My account got banned nearly 4 years ago, and since [redacted], I haven't been able to use my phone number to create a new account on Tinder. I'd greatly appreciate it if you could review my "data file" to investigate the reason for the ban. Despite the time that has passed, I've received no response. I kindly request the removal of the ban on my account - four years should have allowed ample time for reflection. I don't recall violating any rules, but if I did, I apologize. I also wish for my "data file" to be erased. As per Article 17 of the GDPR, you're only allowed to keep my data for 1 year. I'm unable to delete my information from your system, and you gather unauthorized information (ELO rating) through automated decisions without my consent. I may need to contact the data protection authority in my country if this issue is not resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I recently purchased a full year of Tinder Gold, and the next day, I was unexpectedly asked to verify my identity with photos. I promptly did so, believing it would be a quick process. However, to my surprise, when I revisited the app later, I discovered that I had been banned. This is frustrating as I had only just subscribed to Tinder Gold the day before. I hope for assistance in resolving this matter as I am disappointed to have paid for a service only to be banned shortly after. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with Tinder for permanently banning my account. I believe this action was taken in revenge by someone I had previously blocked on a different dating platform. This individual reported my photos out of spite, leading to the ban. I am perplexed by the lack of oversight regarding personal photos on social media and dating apps. I joined Tinder with the genuine intention of meeting potential partners, but now I feel unfairly targeted. In my profession, I must maintain a certain level of anonymity, hence why I chose not to show my face directly in my photos. Despite my attempts to comply by eventually revealing my face for verification purposes, the "face recognition" detector failed me. At this point, I no longer wish to continue using Tinder. I'm Erik, and I haven't used Tinder since [redacted]. I'm frustrated by the lack of attention and help I've received from your customer service. I spend around $[redacted] a week on premium features on dating sites and was looking to use Tinder. However, I've been disappointed by the lack of support in activating my account. I am unsure about what happened. I have been using Tinder under my account "Jennifer [redacted]" Yesterday, when I tried to log in, it said my account was removed. I suspect my daughter, who was using my phone, might have done something accidentally. I couldn't log in with my usual information or create a new account as it kept saying my account didn't exist. I then tried a new phone number, but it didn't work either. I would like to know how to resolve this issue as I enjoy using the platform. 1. After upgrading to Tinder Platinum, I encountered difficulty logging in. Despite multiple verifications, I was successful eventually. However, post-upgrade, I have ceased to receive messages. Prior to the upgrade, numerous people would message me, and I would receive over [redacted] likes within an hour. 2. I have a related query about sending a message along with a Superlike before being matched. After revisiting profiles in the "Likes sent" section to utilize this feature, it was no longer accessible, indicated by the \/. Conversely, profiles I had not revisited displayed the blue star for Super Like. How can I send a message with Superlikes to individuals whose profiles I have revisited? 3. Update: I have been unable to log in to Tinder for two days now. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps (clearing cache and data, reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone, and attempting to log in via email), I have had no response from Tinder's help desk.

Hello, my account was banned after 3 days of use for no valid reason. I have been told that I violated the terms of service, but I have read them and I have not violated anything. My photos are mine and are perfectly appropriate. I have not posted any racist, violent, sexually explicit content, I have not promoted any religion, I have not harassed anyone, I have not criticized Tinder, and I have not advertised. I contacted the support team to understand what happened and explained that it was a mistake. They replied that my account is permanently banned, and I cannot create a new one, without explaining why or answering my questions, making me feel like I did something very wrong. I am completely in the dark, feeling misunderstood and treated unjustly. Also, I had a one-month subscription that will not be refunded despite my request. I am truly disheartened. I would like my case to be reassessed to see that I have not done anything wrong and to reactivate my account. Please help me... :( Thank you in advance.

I have recently been banned from Tinder while working on an oil rig in the North Sea, 90 miles offshore with only WiFi and no mobile network. I got banned after trying to log in as requested, but since I couldn't receive the 6-digit PIN via text due to the lack of a mobile network, I tried logging in through Facebook, which kept redirecting me back to the phone number page. Despite my efforts to use my email, I kept looping back to the phone page and eventually got banned. It seems unfair since I was only attempting to log in. Is there a way to recover my account?

Hello, I am seeking an explanation for my ban from Tinder. I realize that some men may be unhappy if I rejected them, but that should not warrant a permanent ban. I would appreciate a response as I believe I have not violated any of Tinder's rules. This ban has disrupted my plans to meet someone I've been chatting with for a long time, which was an important opportunity for me as a busy single mother to combat loneliness. I had even arranged to meet someone I connected with. I find it unfair that while someone was using my photo without consequence, I have been banned without explanation, despite not breaking any of Tinder's terms and conditions.
