I am a Tinder Gold member experiencing an issue with messages not showing up properly within the app. Although I receive notifications indicating new messages from matches, when I check the app, I don't see any new messages. To resolve this, I have to constantly log out and then log back in to access the messages correctly. This problem has persisted for a day now, and despite updating the app and my iOS software, as well as reinstalling Tinder, the issue remains. It's frustrating to have to repeatedly logout and login just to reply to messages that don't appear as expected. I appreciate any help in resolving this promptly. Thank you.

Hello, after a few days of using the app without a subscription, I noticed many female profiles in my vicinity. Could you kindly explain why, after subscribing, I suddenly lost access to these profiles on the same day? This Sunday morning, around 9:30 am, after viewing 3 women, I was informed, like the day before, that there were no more profiles available and that I should look internationally. This situation is quite surprising. I subscribed, paid, and now the app seems to be glitching. PLEASE RESTORE my access to the app as soon as possible! If I don't receive a positive response, I will share my experience on social media. I know many people who were interested in signing up and might be deterred by this.

I've been a Tinder Platinum member for approximately two weeks now, and I primarily use it on my iPhone. I've noticed a concerning issue where I haven't received a single like yet. Moreover, when I check the section for the likes I've sent, the list appears to be empty, indicating that my likes may not have been successfully sent or delivered. I have used Tinder on and off for seven years without any issues. However, recently, my account got banned without warning after I posted a photo of myself wearing a bathing suit two months ago. I noticed that many other girls on Tinder wear bikinis, albeit smaller than me, and their accounts are not banned. As a plus-sized woman, I believe my body is just as appropriate as any other body type. I find it unfair that my account was banned abruptly without a warning when others seem to get away with similar photos. I reached out to support, but only got automated responses and couldn't explain my situation to a real person for a review. I am hoping someone can reconsider and reinstate my account as I have never violated any rules before.

Hello, I had a match (Markus from Nuremberg, with 4 profile pictures that I can describe in detail; that is all I know) and we had been chatting a lot. Unfortunately, I was sick recently and couldn't reply. Last Saturday, my phone broke, and I had to get a new one and set everything up. When everything was done yesterday, the match was gone. I'm sure he might have thought I lost interest and unmatched us as we had been chatting a lot before. I believe if I could message him again, he would reply. Therefore, I wanted to ask if there is a way to reactivate the match or send him a message or my contact information. It would mean a lot to me. Thank you very much in advance.

I had Tinder a few months ago but was inactive for a while. When I checked back, I was surprised to see that my account was banned. I have always been respectful to other users, and I'm unsure why this happened. I miss using the app and prefer it over other dating apps. Reinstating my account would be fantastic. A few months back, I logged into my Tinder app only to find that all my matches accumulated over the years had vanished, except for one person from three years ago. This strange occurrence didn't concern me much at the time. Recently, after using the app again, I received a notification about a new match – the first since the previous glitch. Yet, upon checking, there was no match present. Assuming they unmatched me, I didn't dwell on it. Shortly after, receiving another notification nudging me not to keep my match waiting, I logged in once more but found no new match. This led me to wonder if the glitch that wiped out my old matches was somehow affecting my ability to see new ones. I'm uncertain if there's an issue with my account or if it's related to an update. Dear team, I recently noticed that my account may have been shadow-banned, as I cannot see any matches beyond [redacted] and have stopped receiving new matches in the past few months. It seems like my profile is invisible to others. I tried recreating my profile, but the issue persists. Additionally, I am unable to validate my email address. After some research, I suspect that I may have been shadow-banned, though I am uncertain why. I believe I have not violated any community guidelines. I had the free version of the app on my iPhone 12 Pro, set up a profile but didn't use the app much. I received emails warning of profile closure due to inactivity. When I tried to delete the app, I discovered a surprise - Tinder was in my list of paid subscriptions stating I had signed up for a month. Feeling upset as I never intended to sign up for a paid subscription, I tried to delete it but couldn't and it switched to a six-month subscription with no cancel option. I suspect it might be malware and worry about erroneous charges. I've deleted the app and all info and seek help to verify the cancellation of this false subscription to avoid being charged for a service I never intended to use. Thank you.

Hello, I used Tinder over 5 years ago. I didn't use the app much and had trouble logging in, so I created a second account. I received a message saying my original account was banned, but I'm unsure why. I rarely interacted with matches and never sent inappropriate messages. Hello there! After a recent breakup, I've been focusing on personal growth. I decided to re-download Tinder to get back into dating, but was shocked to discover that my account had been banned while I was in a relationship. Hello, I have extended my Tinder subscription twice with Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold, but I am not seeing the benefits in my account. I did not receive a payment confirmation number from PayPal, nor did I get an email from Google with a recovery number. Could you please restore my Tinder account, as I have paid for it? I have logged in using my phone number, email address, Google account, and Facebook account. You should be able to identify me and provide the promised features of Tinder Gold and Tinder Plus that I am paying for. Please resolve this issue for me. Thank you very much.

Mi cuenta ha estado inoperativa desde el primer día. Pagué 16,[redacted] pesos por las membresías Gold y Platinum, y mi cuenta fue suspendida sin razón aparente el mismo día. Me informaron que fue por infracciones a las normas, a pesar de que mis fotos estaban correctas. No podía contactar al soporte y los mensajes parecían bloqueados, los "likes" no generaban matches y al usar el "boost" no tuve resultados. Me cobraron por la aplicación, luego suspendieron mi cuenta y se quedaron con mi dinero. Después de esto, pude ingresar nuevamente sin privilegios. Considero que es un acto de estafa por parte de Tinder y exijo la devolución de mi dinero.

Despite having a premium subscription, I do not wish to have the account reinstated; instead, I am requesting a refund for the remaining one month of premium. I am concerned about a friend using Tinder who is underage. I have reported the situation a few times, but action has not been taken. I worry about potential harm to him or others. Safety is important, and I hope the account can be banned to prevent any negative outcomes.
