However, I recently found out our account got banned, even though we made sure to display our faces this time. We were getting positive feedback from girls and couples we were interested in, so we're confused about the ban. His real identity is Gregory Voss, reportedly employed at Big Number One Motorsports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. I recently shared a lighthearted comment about my age, jokingly stating I was 15 even though I am actually 18. Unfortunately, I was unexpectedly banned from my account following this exchange. I am experiencing an unexpected ban on Tinder without any explanation, although I have abided by all terms and guidelines. Despite reaching out via email, I was informed that appeals are not currently being accepted. I created an account with my phone number and an email address, not through Facebook or Google. Regrettably, the email address lacks the ".au" domain. After purchasing a Tinder Gold subscription, it seems my original account got deleted as I can no longer access it. I've now made a new account using the corrected email address with ".au" at the end, yet I am unable to restore my subscription. Unfortunately, the customer support team has not provided any assistance in resolving this issue.

My account was hacked and subsequently banned. On November 26th, I noticed unusual activity when I began receiving likes from men. Upon checking my profile, I discovered that my photo, preferences, and location had been altered. Despite my attempts to rectify these changes, I continued to receive unwanted attention from men. I require assistance with my Tinder subscription. I pay for the service and should receive 5 Super Likes daily and 1 Boost monthly. Last night, I used my Boost, but halfway through, Tinder stopped working properly. My profile picture would flicker as if loading, but no profiles to swipe on appeared. I lost my monthly Boost due to this issue and would appreciate receiving another Boost as compensation for the malfunction that occurred while I was utilizing the feature.

My ex recently stole my phone, changed the picture on it, and I just got it back today. When I tried to log into my Tinder account, I discovered that I have been banned. I suspect he changed my profile picture and information without my knowledge. I am eager to access my account to check what has been altered, change my password, and see the pictures uploaded. It is frustrating because I need to contact people on there urgently, as they are only listed on Tinder.

I have reported a known rapist and pedophile multiple times over the past 3/4 months, but Tinder has not taken any action. I have also sent numerous emails and tried to reach out via Instagram. By not taking action, you are enabling a dangerous individual to target victims. Now, he is facing charges for raping a girl. Congratulations for allowing him to remain on your platform for so long. I wanted to install the app on my new iPad, but then I logged into my account on my phone to change my email address. Now I am nowhere logged in, I can send a recovery email to the old email address "[redacted]," I receive the code on my phone and then an error message comes up, and I can't get in anymore. I'm in need of help with my Tinder account. I was shadow banned about a year ago for creating multiple accounts. After a year, I decided to start fresh and purchased Tinder Gold to take the app seriously. Unfortunately, my account is still shadow banned. I have been attempting to cancel my subscription for the last three months, exploring all available options on various platforms. On my iOS device, I accessed iCloud to manage subscriptions, but was unable to locate it there. Similarly, I repeated this process on an Android device using the Google Play Store and even on a laptop directly through the Tinder website. Unfortunately, none of these methods have been successful so far. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in cancelling my account.

Hello! About six months ago, I signed up for Tinder Gold. I later decided to cancel my subscription, but it seems the cancellation did not go through. I have not used Tinder since signing up. I thought everything was sorted out, but in November, a payment was deducted from my account for a six-month subscription. Since I have not used the service and believed I had canceled it, I am hoping for a refund. The unexpected charge before Christmas has caused financial difficulty. I was banned from Tinder after the person I dated for over 5 months found a way into my phone when I mentioned breaking up. I am genuinely looking for love and always join the app with good intentions. I find it unfair that I got banned without knowing what he did to make it happen. The person causing this issue is Martin P. Ricco, who has also been banned from the app before.
