I recently emailed about my account concern but received an automated response. I believe being banned from Tinder due to a misinterpretation is excessive. I made a satirical joke implying I charge $[redacted] per hour for officiating weddings as an ordained minister in my bio, not soliciting. I understand the guideline violation but it was a humorous exaggeration, not a serious offer. I assure you it won't happen again, and I apologize for any confusion caused by my joke. I'd appreciate the chance to discuss this further with customer support to clarify and resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding. I was incorrectly billed five times due to server issues, and then my account was unexpectedly banned, likely because of a photo I posted of a beer. I've sent several emails to support without a response for the past 12 days, and I am now considering legal action. I am deeply concerned about my account being permanently banned over a picture of a beer that was also used in a Facebook argument, possibly leading to its removal from the thread. I have invested a lot of time, effort, and money into my profile, and there are people eagerly awaiting messages from me. I kindly request a review of my account and its reinstatement. I am Camille Buettner. Recently, my Tinder account got blocked, and I am unsure of the reason. I believe I haven't violated any guidelines. Hello, I recently got banned on Tinder after attempting to create a second account on the same device using a different phone number. I was simply curious to see if it worked like Instagram's feature that allows multiple accounts. I want to clarify that I never engage in posting inappropriate content or messages. My actions were out of curiosity, and I have no interest in maintaining two accounts. I reached out to Tinder support via email but have not received a response. If my ban is not lifted, I am concerned about creating a new account due to my device being linked to my Google and Facebook accounts. Although I know I can use a new number, I fear this may lead to another ban because of the associations with my existing accounts.

Hello, on 08/21, I had a promising Tinder match. Due to busy days, I couldn't follow up. Today, 08/26, when I had time, the match was gone. This made me sad as I had questions and wanted to reach out. I don't even remember her name right now. Can you tell me who it was so I can message her? I have been using Tinder for some time now as a free user without any issues. Recently, I encountered a problem when a message I sent was misinterpreted due to a translation error. In my conversation, I mentioned looking like I'm from '03, intending to convey that I look younger but was actually born in [redacted]. This confusion may have triggered a misunderstanding leading to my account being banned. I understand the need to verify user information but would like to appeal this decision as it was an innocent mistake. Despite the low chances of getting unbanned according to their policy, I want to try to resolve this situation and continue using the app, which has provided me with enjoyable experiences in the past.

Hi, I'm Sharmin Shoma. I created a Tinder account with my cell number ([redacted]2), and the account crashed. I couldn't log in or delete it. Later, I used another cell number ([redacted]7) but couldn't retrieve or delete that account. People have informed me that my accounts are still active, causing me distress. I want Tinder to delete all accounts associated with these two numbers, including any information and photos. Your prompt action on this matter would greatly help me regain my peace of mind.

I was dating a girl from Tinder, and when I honestly expressed that I was no longer interested, she reacted poorly. She unfriended me on Tinder and reported me. I have always treated everyone online and in person with utmost respect and have never violated any rules or behaved inappropriately. Now my Tinder account has been unexpectedly banned, and I am finding it quite distressing. I am unable to reach Tinder to request the ban be lifted.

To whom it may concern, My account is associated with [redacted]9. In early [redacted], my Tinder account was banned due to inappropriate messages sent by someone who accessed my phone. Despite my disapproval of their actions, the messages could not be retracted. I believe the ban occurred because the recipient reported the messages. I refrained from raising this issue earlier as I had been in a relationship with a match from the app until last month. Now that I am single, I wish to use the service again. Dear Tinder Team, I'm writing to express my concern about my banned Tinder account. My friends took my phone and made a lot of matches for fun, resulting in the ban. I was unaware of their actions and would like to have my account reinstated since it was not my doing. My name is Alessandra, and I have been using Tinder for quite some time. Many relatives have found their partners and even tied the knot through the app, creating wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, my account was hacked. I matched with a girl who requested to connect on Snapchat. After engaging in conversation, she requested my phone number, and when she sent a code, I naively shared it with her. Consequently, my account was passed to her control, prompting me to repeatedly reclaim it. As a result, my account has been suspended, preventing me from logging in using my own phone number, despite it being linked to my account.

Hello, I regret to inform you that my Tinder account has been blocked despite being a long-time active user with a premium Tinder Gold membership. Recently, I utilized Tinder Passport to connect with new people and admittedly sent the same initial message repeatedly. Although I responded to the robot verification messages with captchas, my account was unexpectedly blocked today. I am disappointed as I had meaningful conversations with various individuals and now fear losing touch with them. I started using Tinder over a year ago with the username Sti, residing in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland. Recently, I upgraded to Tinder Gold while using the app on my cellphone and simultaneously attempted to update my profile on my laptop. Tinder flagged this as suspicious and sent a reconnection email to my Hotmail account ([redacted]). My Hotmail account is no longer accessible since it got hacked, and despite contacting Microsoft, the given email address for confirmation no longer exists, leaving me unable to resolve the issue to access my paid Tinder features. I have reached out to Tinder six times but have not received any responses. Why is that?

I have been using Tinder for over a year now under the username Sti, living in "le Mont-sur-Lausanne," Switzerland. Recently, I upgraded to the golden Tinder package. While using Tinder on my phone, I attempted to update my profile on my laptop. Unfortunately, Tinder detected this as suspicious activity and sent a reconnection email to my hotmail account (*****@***.com). Unfortunately, my hotmail account got hacked, and I am unable to access it. Despite multiple attempts to contact Tinder for help, I have not received any response. I am unable to access my paid Tinder account due to this email issue. I would appreciate it if Tinder could either change my confirmation email address or waive my monthly fees.

My Tinder account got banned recently after 5 years of use, numerous Tinder Gold subscriptions, over [redacted] matches, and conversations. I've always adhered to the rules, never engaging in inappropriate behavior, language, or images with my matches. The ban happened shortly after I was logged in from both my desktop and mobile app, which had slightly different IPs and locations due to my internet provider settings. I reached out to Tinder support twice, receiving automated responses citing a violation of their Terms of Service. I'm keen on resolving this issue as I believe I have followed the rules and hope to continue using the service.

My 18-year-old daughter, who has Autism Spectrum Disorder and is transgender, had a Tinder account until July when she got banned without a given reason. We are concerned as we believe she might have been banned for not publicly disclosing her transgender status on her profile, although legally she is not obligated to do so. This was to protect herself from unwanted attention and discrimination. She used real photos and was honest about everything, identifying as a woman and listing her gender as such. She disclosed her transgender status to people she communicated with. We have tried contacting Tinder three times for an explanation without any response in almost 3 months, and it is becoming very frustrating for us.
