Hello, I have just purchased Tinder gold on my account. I chose a *-month subscription, i tried multiple times to buy the subscription as I received a notification saying payment unsuccessful, little did i notice that for every time I tried again I was getting charged. Instead of paying for **.**$, I was charged * times, with a total of ***.**$ NZD. I am requesting a total refund as this is not okay. My account is under an email that has been blocked for unknown reasons (*****@***.com) and mobile is (** **** *** ****) mobile. I hope this helps you find the account in which the purchases were made, as I cant get the order number through my email as I mentioned already it has been blocked for unknown reasons. I have also attached a photo as the payments that were taken out of my bank account as proof. I have added a different email above to received your response as I cant check my tinder email.
