Bonjour, Mes deux comptes liés au numéro de téléphone "06 41 31 31 69" ont récemment été suspendus. Je crois que cela pourrait être lié au téléchargement de deux images un peu suggestives le matin du 06/05/[redacted]. Cependant, je tiens à préciser que ces images étaient simplement des dessins ou photos érotiques sans nudité ni contenu pornographique. When I opened the app on my phone using mobile data instead of my usual WiFi network, I was surprised to see an old Tinder profile instead of my current one. It had a different age and username, different from what I had chosen. All my matches were from that old account along with conversations from years ago. I decided to delete that account and create a new one. When swiping through matches on the new account, I stumbled upon the profile that had disappeared. My original account hasn't vanished but I can't access it on the app anymore as only one account is linked to one number. I am sure the original account wasn't deleted because my matches still have access to the conversation. Is there a way to recover my main account? Thank you for your assistance.

I have always used Tinder on my phone without any issues. However, this evening I attempted to log in using my computer. Everything seemed fine until I was asked to verify my phone number, which then unexpectedly led me to a new account setup screen. I already have an existing account with all my information set up. I decided to log out of Tinder on my computer immediately. However, now I find that when I try to use the app on my phone, I am also logged out. When I attempt to sign in again, I encounter the same problem - I keep being directed to the new account creation screens. I am unsure of what steps to take to regain access to my original account.

I recently signed up for Tinder and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Initially, I was pleased with the low price for a year's subscription, but after only 10 minutes, I discovered there were additional costs to actually communicate with matches. I feel misled by the pricing structure and see it as deceptive. I would like a refund and prefer not to continue using a company that operates in this manner.

Dear All, I have a concern regarding Tinder's selection process for potential partners. It seems that I am unable to freely choose who to match with, as Tinder is the one dictating the matches, even when I set specific age preferences. I noticed that if I indicate that I am 50 years old and select an age range of 30-40, I see fewer potential matches compared to when I set my age as 27. This raises questions about why Tinder limits the options based on age and doesn't allow users to explore different age ranges. The current system may lead people to provide inaccurate information about their age on their profiles. Starting a connection with a lie is not the ideal way to begin any relationship. I encourage Tinder to review and potentially adjust their algorithm to allow users more freedom in selecting their preferences. Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue with the "Secret Admirer" feature on the app. After selecting one, I swiped right, only to receive an error message stating "Failed to match." This problem seems to be part of a larger glitch in my account, as I have not been successfully matched with many girls despite knowing there should be potential matches (I have set my distance preferences appropriately). The email associated with my account is [redacted] It's frustrating to experience these problems with such a popular app, especially when everything on my end seems to be functioning correctly.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Tinder account. I signed up 2 days ago, have not liked many profiles, set the search distance to the maximum, and live in the city center, but no profiles are showing up. Additionally, I would like to delete my account to start over and see if this issue gets resolved. However, when I click on delete my account, an error message appears saying that deleting the account is not possible.

Dear Team, I recently purchased Tinder Plus under the name Abhik, linked to my Facebook account as Abhik Palit, and using the email [redacted] I am encountering an issue where my Instagram photos (handle abhik.palit) are not appearing on my profile. When attempting to disconnect and reconnect my Instagram account, I am receiving an error message stating, "we are currently unable to disconnect from your Instagram account, please try again," after 5 seconds. This Instagram account has never been linked to any other Tinder profile, so I am unsure of the cause of the problem. Being a paying customer, I would like to utilize all the features as expected. Lately, I've been experiencing issues with Tinder where I'm not getting any matches despite reciprocating superlikes. This has been ongoing for almost two months now, and I've reached out to Tinder customer service for assistance. However, every response I receive states that everything is functioning properly or that there's no guarantee of a mutual match even if someone superlikes me. The frustrating part is that even when provided with video evidence in my emails, it seems like my concerns are not being properly addressed. I wish Tinder customer service would take the time to thoroughly review my emails, acknowledge the problem, and work on resolving it instead of dismissing it as a non-issue.

I am curious as to why, whenever I purchase a subscription on Tinder, I only receive a few likes (when I can see and potentially match with someone), but when I don't pay, I get many more matches (when I can't see who it is or match back). This pattern has repeated every time I've subscribed. It feels deceitful and appears to favor unpaid accounts. I'm left wondering if there is some kind of algorithm that reduces visibility when money is involved. The situation seems unfair and possibly warrants legal action. I have doubts that my concerns will matter to the company's executives, likely lounging in their luxurious Malibu homes funded by our subscriptions.

Hello, I encountered an issue on Tinder that wasn't resolved through their help center. After matching with someone and having great conversations for just two days, we both observed that our earlier chats were vanishing gradually. Despite the other person not unmatching me, our older conversations were slowly disappearing as we continued chatting. I comprehend that Tinder only permits conversations between users, leaving me puzzled as to why this is occurring. We want to retrieve those initial conversations we had. I previously used Tinder and had a positive experience. I always followed the guidelines and maintained respect while messaging. However, unexpectedly, my account was banned, and I am unsure of the reasons as I made efforts to be courteous to my matches. Hello, I need assistance. Unfortunately, my Tinder account was banned last night and I believe this action was unjustified. I have always followed the rules and never engaged in any inappropriate behavior. The only possible reason for the ban could be that someone reported my account as potentially fake due to doubting its authenticity. I have never engaged in any misconduct on the platform. Additionally, I have paid for Tinder Premium for 6 months and even previously purchased the Gold version. I am disappointed by the vague response I received from Tinder support, stating I violated their terms without specifics. I am certain I have not done anything wrong. Around 6 to 7 months ago, I had Tinder on my previous iPhone with a different email and password. I switched to a new iPhone, deleted the account, and canceled the subscription, yet I still get charged £13.49 monthly from my bank account. I don't use the service since I met someone, and I need a refund for the past several months. I've tried to cancel many times but have been unsuccessful, and it's frustrating to be charged continuously. About two years ago, after deleting my Tinder account, I was a gold member with several matches I interacted with. I ensured I complied with all terms and rules. Recently, upon attempting to create a new account post my breakup, the app informed me of a ban. Despite my efforts to reach out to Tinder's customer service for clarification, I was unable to obtain any explanation. I hope to reestablish my account, maintain my gold membership, and abide by all guidelines. It would be beneficial if Tinder implemented a system to identify reasons for bans and assist individuals mistakenly banned in reclaiming their accounts. I encountered a situation on Tinder that made me concerned. Initially, I messaged a girl after seeing her phone number on her profile, as she requested.
