I recently signed up for Tinder on the 25th of January and decided to upgrade to Tinder Gold with an annual subscription on the 26th. Unfortunately, I was not aware that this would mean being billed for a whole year upfront due to the lack of detail provided on the app. I reached out to Tinder on the same day to request a refund as per their 14-day policy stated in the terms and conditions. They provided me with reference code [redacted]2 and mentioned that my request is under review by the support team. However, I have not received any further communication, leading to some anxiety. Despite sending two follow-up emails with additional comments, I have yet to hear back regarding my refund request. As a new user of Tinder, I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I signed up for a paid monthly subscription on December 30, [redacted], and was charged 93.24 PLN on my credit card. I used GooglePay, though I'm not completely certain if it went through GooglePay or directly on the app. I wanted to cancel my subscription before the month ended, but couldn't find an option to do so on the app or in the "My Subscription" menu on GooglePlay. I noticed a charge of 93.24 PLN on my card on January 21, [redacted]. I did not want to continue my subscription, attempted to cancel before the month's end, and am questioning the early charge. I am requesting a full refund of the last payment of 93.24 PLN and the cancellation of all subscriptions with your company. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing to address an issue with my Tinder Gold subscription. I signed up for a one-month subscription on December 31, [redacted], through Google Play. The initial contract was only for one month, with no indication of it being recurring. To my surprise, on January 30, [redacted], another payment was deducted from my account, resulting in two payments for a service I did not authorize. I promptly canceled the subscription through Google Play to avoid further charges. Unfortunately, on January 31, [redacted], my account was reverted to a standard Tinder account despite me paying for Tinder Gold again. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges as I only intended to use Tinder Gold for one month. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Good morning. My contact information is as follows: Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] I am a surgeon who was injured during service in the US wars, resulting in the loss of a limb. I'm a member of TINDER, a site I find to be the best in its category. However, I have been receiving warnings about potential suspension without knowing what I have done wrong. I always try to be polite, thanking others and not insulting anyone. Recently, I politely declined connections with a bisexual female and a transgender individual, who reacted negatively. I want to avoid further issues and continue using the platform without getting suspended. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Aharon Ben Moshe, MD. Respectfully, 1/31/[redacted].

I want to alert everyone about a man named Greg Voss. He frequents numerous dating sites, concealing his identity by using various email addresses. Greg, who resides not only in the US but internationally as well, often avoids posting his photo. He is a sex addict who indulges in chatting on dating platforms, video chat apps, and chat rooms to engage with women, often seeking younger individuals typically aged between 18-25, despite being a 39-year-old father. Greg manipulates conversations by portraying himself as a victim of past relationships, gaining sympathy, before persuading women to send him intimate photos. He uses text and burner apps to maintain contact, often swapping numbers. If you come across him, please take action. His real name is Gregory Voss, employed at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama, with the phone number [redacted]. Some of his email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]

Hello, I believed that my Tinder Gold membership would be canceled and not renewed, as I didn't see any subscriptions on Google Play/Google Store. However, I just received an email stating that the membership has renewed, charging me [redacted] NIS. I contacted my credit card company, and they mentioned that the purchase charge has not been approved yet. Please refrain from approving it, cancel my Gold membership, and refrain from charging me. I do not recall signing up through the Tinder app, as I typically use Google Store for subscriptions. If I had known it would renew without notification, I would have canceled it. Thank you! - Liran

When I was younger, around 15-16 years old, my friends and I created a Tinder account with appropriate photos, which were mine. I ended up deleting the app and forgot about it. Recently, I reinstalled Tinder, but upon logging in with my phone number and Facebook, I was informed that my account has been banned. I would like to regain access to my account as I'm newly single and looking forward to meeting new people on Tinder.

I have a Tinder Plus account, and I am having trouble accessing it because I don't remember my phone number linked to the account. Today, I deleted it while trying to change my name. I ended up creating a new account. I am interested in transferring the Gold subscription I had on my previous account.

I haven't accessed my Tinder account in over a month. When I tried logging in recently, I discovered that my account has been banned for a policy violation. I'm certain I adhere to respectful behavior on the app without any inappropriate content. As an educated professional, I take pride in my conduct. Not using Tinder for a month makes this situation even more perplexing. I have a premium account and suspect there might have been a misunderstanding or unauthorized activity on my account. I would like guidance on the appeal process and details about the alleged violation. My contact number is [redacted] and I go by the name Ravi M.

I had an early start, leaving at 4:30am to pick up a car in Hamilton and driving back to Wellington the same day. By 11:30pm, about an hour away from Palmy, I felt too tired to continue driving safely. Not knowing anyone in Palmy, I turned to Tinder in search of a safe place to spend the night or even to park my car and rest. My intention was not to offend or make anyone uncomfortable. If this breaches Tinder's terms, I apologize and assure you it won't happen again. I'm a Tinder subscriber and have connected with many people across New Zealand. Please consider lifting the ban on my account. -Bailey

Dear Tinder Team, I am reaching out to request the cancellation of my account associated with my email. I am currently focusing on personal growth and not interested in dating, especially through your platform. I am concerned about possible impersonation and have had negative experiences in the past. I prefer not to participate in such madness and would appreciate being removed from the platform. If I decide to return to dating online, I will recreate my account. Thank you for your cooperation. I wish you a successful New Year in [redacted] filled with love. Best regards, Ivvelina Ilieva [redacted] Sofia, Bulgaria

I need assistance with my banned account. I am unsure how to proceed as every time I try to access it, I receive a message stating my account is banned. I am open to any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. I have observed other accounts on Tinder that appeared to be more inappropriate than mine, yet they were not banned. I did not post any sexually explicit content on my account, so I am puzzled as to why it was banned. I am also concerned that my account might have been compromised by a hacker.

I am facing difficulties logging into Tinder. Despite continuous payments from my Apple account, I have been unsuccessful in accessing the app. I have attempted to contact support but have not received any responses or recognition of my account. I provided proof of payments with no avail. There seems to be no customer support provided. I have tried using my phone number and email associated with the account multiple times but continue to receive notifications that my email is not registered. I am struggling to get refunded for these payments.

I have reached out to your customer support team over 10 times regarding the ongoing issue of not being able to log in or being informed that my email address is unrecognized. Despite this, payments continue to be deducted from my Apple account. The only response I receive is an automated email stating that the account cannot be found. If my account has mysteriously disappeared (which I did not delete), I request that all my previous purchases be refunded either to my Apple account or my bank account. Alternatively, I will have to escalate this matter to the fraud department of my bank if a resolution is not provided promptly.

I liked a guy I've always wanted to meet but could never find him on any social media. I found him here on TINDER, and when I clicked on his profile to see his social media, I accidentally liked it, and he disappeared. I've been trying to figure out how to see the likes I give, but I can't. I need to know his name or any other way to find him. Please help me by telling me how I can see my recent likes that didn't match, or if you could send me the profile of the person I'm talking about - he's the last person I liked.

Dear Tinder, I am writing to report that I have been incorrectly charged twice instead of once on two separate occasions. On the 4th of February at 17:24, I was charged twice, and on the 29th of January at 15:58, I was charged three times instead of once. Furthermore, when I tried to access my account today, I received a message stating that my credit card information is still being processed. I am disappointed by these errors and worried about the safety of customer payments on your platform. I kindly request a refund for the overcharges. I hope to receive a prompt response from your team. Thank you, Nikos N.

Dear Tinder, I have been a long-time member and have noticed some challenges with female members from Peru. When I message them, they often reply with short answers, making it difficult to engage in conversation. This appears to be a common issue among Peruvian members. While I understand this is not Tinder's fault, I suggest offering some guidance or tips for these members on how to converse effectively. I make an effort by asking questions and discussing shared interests tailored to their profiles, but many Peruvian members have minimal profile information. This may hinder their ability to connect meaningfully with others. I hope you address this recurring issue. Sincerely, Paul H.

I haven't been having any matches lately, which has me feeling a bit disheartened. I've put effort into creating a funny bio that my friends find amusing, yet I still haven't been getting any swipes. I believe I may have been shadowbanned, or perhaps my account was flagged when I initially signed up at 17 before I turned 18. My account link is gotinder.com/@kafumbadoomerincel (yes, I know it's an unusual username, just a private joke), and I would appreciate it if the ban could be lifted so I can continue using the app without any issues.

I am experiencing difficulties with my Tinder account. Yesterday, I noticed I couldn't match with anyone, receive likes, or messages. I decided to purchase Tinder Gold hoping it would solve this issue. While I could match with people who liked me, an error message prevented me from connecting with them. In an attempt to address this, I created a new account on Facebook but wanted to keep the old one. Unfortunately, when I verified the new account with my phone number, I lost access to my old account linked to Mayer Lee. I seek assistance in recovering my original account and resolving these ongoing issues.

Around 6 months ago, my Tinder account got banned. I'm not entirely sure why, but after reviewing the terms of service, it seems likely it happened because my (ex)girlfriend and I both used it. Back then, I wasn't aware that wasn't allowed. I had been a Tinder Gold member for quite some time, and I'd like to keep using that service. If possible, please reinstate my account. Thank you in advance.
