A few days ago, I came across a half-price offer for Tinder Gold. I completed the required information and attempted to make the payment using my credit card. However, I repeatedly received a message stating the transaction was declined. After investigating, I discovered that my credit card company had blocked the payment. I have since authorized them to allow the transaction, but unfortunately, the offer is no longer available. Is there any way to retrieve the offer? I deactivated my account on Tinder but received a message from an old contact, so I tried to access my account to read it. Inadvertently, this reactivated my account and charged me for a month's subscription, which I do not want. I would like to have my account deactivated again, and I am requesting a refund for the charge.

I had an account with Tinder around a year ago, but now when I click on the recovery link I received via text, it takes me to someone else's profile, not mine. This person has my email address and when I tried to update my new phone number, it also led me to his profile. I need help getting my old account back and removing this person from having access to my email and new phone number. My old number was [redacted]. It's concerning how he got hold of my information, especially since I just changed my phone number on Nov 1st. Please assist in removing him from my account.

Hello! I'm Florence Bonjour and I've been using Tinder for a few months. I've met someone special, thanks to Tinder! I bought the speed feature for 39 CHF on September 17, [redacted], which has been great. I've decided to cancel my Tinder subscription as I no longer need it, and I kindly request not to be charged again for any renewals. I decided to create a new account on Tinder and followed all the steps successfully. However, after setting up my profile, I noticed that I wasn't getting any matches for a whole day, which seemed unusual. In an attempt to resolve this, I logged out hoping it would improve the situation. Unfortunately, now I'm encountering an "issue" with logging back in. Apologies for the vulgar email address, just a small oversight on my part.

I created a Tinder account when I was 17 in [redacted]. Unfortunately, my account got banned because some users reported me for being underage, resulting in my phone number and Facebook account being blocked. I have since turned 18 four months ago (born on 8/1/[redacted]) and would like to rejoin Tinder. However, I am currently unable to do so due to the ban on my number and Facebook. I am hesitant to create a new Facebook account simply to access Tinder.

I recently encountered issues with my Tinder account, such as a lack of matches and disappearing Tinder Gold. After reaching out to help@gotinder, their support team attempted to resolve the problem by temporarily fixing it, only for the problem to reoccur the next day. Now, my entire account has been deleted by Tinder, despite my adherence to the platform's rules.

Hello, I forgot to include my username, which is kaelynnfox. I downloaded Tinder last night, and when I checked this morning, I saw that my account was banned. I'm unsure why this happened as I don't think I violated any rules. It's possible that someone falsely reported me. My Tinder account got banned, and I'm unsure of the reason. I downloaded the app yesterday, but this morning it informed me of the ban. My username is kaelynnfox. Despite receiving an email asking if my issue was resolved, I still cannot access my account. I attempted to log in, but it continues to show as banned. I request that the ban be lifted, or if not possible, allow me to create a new account using the same information. I believe I haven't violated any terms, but if I unknowingly did, please advise so I can avoid it in the future. Thank you.

Recently, after downloading the app, I was surprised to find that my account had been banned. I assure you that I did not engage in any inappropriate or illegal activity. I am unsure of the reason for the ban and kindly request that it be lifted so I can continue using the platform. I haven't used Tinder in a year. I paid for a subscription and two days later, I was banned without a clear reason. It's frustrating that my account is still inactive. I put effort into reporting bots but now find myself locked out, seemingly for no valid cause. I've never sent inappropriate messages. I am eager to use the app again, regardless of a refund. Reaching customer service has been difficult through the app or website. Please provide an explanation for the ban. Being a respectful individual, I value treating both men and women with respect. I had a Tinder Plus account that was banned some time ago. However, I am unsure how to go about having it reinstated. I want to clarify that I am polyamorous, and I hope this is not a reason for discrimination on your platform. A group of women from my college got my Tinder account banned unfairly due to personal reasons unrelated to any violations of Tinder's rules. I was new to the app, had not matched with anyone, and didn't engage in any inappropriate behavior. This unjust banning has made it challenging for me to date as I'm uncomfortable going out alone to meet people. This ongoing social harassment for the past four years has taken a toll on my mental health, leading to suicidal thoughts. I miss the opportunity to connect with others casually, which is why I'm keen on getting my account reinstated. It's frustrating that these women can impact various aspects of my life without consequences or intervention.

I recently reported my ex's profile for displaying inappropriate photographs, personal information, and our children's names. I was concerned for the children's safety. Now, my ex claims I need to repay him £[redacted] for the charge and that his profile got banned. I reached out to address my concerns, but only received automated emails. I simply wanted the photos and children's names removed for safety reasons. I am worried about potential consequences and struggle with resolving issues on this website without speaking to a person. I hope to resolve this by refunding his money and requesting the site to remove the content involving our children. I aim to avoid any further issues from him.

I'm having trouble canceling my Tinder Gold subscription. Even though I canceled it on Google Play, it doesn't show up on my iPhone account. When I try to cancel online, it says it's a native app purchase and directs me to cancel through Google Play. If my subscription is still active, I would like it canceled, and I would appreciate a refund for the six months of Tinder Gold that were charged.

I'm confused about my account. It was working fine last night, but this morning I found out it's been banned. Could it be because I have too many group photos? I'm unsure. I made sure to have some solo photos too, so I don't think that's the problem. I don't have any inappropriate content, I'm not selling anything, and I'm not being disrespectful to anyone. I'm not sure why this happened.

Hello, I recently created a new Tinder account to start fresh after ending a previous relationship. However, I'm experiencing an issue where I receive notifications for new matches and messages, but the app shows zero matches and messages when I check. I created a Tinder account a month before turning 18, thinking it wouldn't be an issue, only to find out I was banned for being underage. The message advised me to return when I reached 18. Now that my birthday has passed on August 7th, [redacted], and I am of legal age, I tried to make a new account but encountered a problem. Can this be resolved?

Hello, I am currently traveling in Southeast Asia. During my time in the Maldives, I used a local sim card to create my Tinder account. Now that I am in Vietnam, I switched to a Vietnamese sim card and disposed of my Maldivian sim card. Surprisingly, my Tinder account remained the same. Unfortunately, my phone was recently stolen, and I am now using my French sim card (I am from France). Tinder prompted me to create a new account as I no longer have the Maldivian or Vietnamese sim cards, and I did not link my account to an email address. I am unable to access this account. Is there any way to recover it? Thank you.
