Help with my Tinder issue

The issue in GetHuman-woodwoki's own words
If this is because of a charge on my credit I wrote in to the company that was charging my account almost ** dollars a month on two different charges after I not only wrote in requesting that i did not want the account and I wrote into the company that appeared on my bank statement * times and I called in twice and was told the charges would stop because I wasn’t using a dating app and the only one I was using was tinder which this charge wasn’t tinder but regardless I multiple times stopped that service as well. So if your penalizing me for that that isn’t right in any way shape or form. When a customer takes the time to write in * times and call in and talk to someone from another country and still is charged well you tell me is that right he’ll no. I paid while I was using your app and I did everything I was supposed to do and for * months after I wrote in and called in I was still being charged twice a month which I only used tinder so how in the world can you treat a customer like this. It isn’t right at all. Like I told the last person I the phone i had done all I could I used all the options I was given but I was ignored over and over and was being charged even know I took the time more than the times an honest customer should ever have to to cancel a service and to be taken advantage of and keep being charged and if you look into your records you will see I did what I was supposed so if you choose to ban me that is well I won’t say it but it’s bad business. I did what you gave me the option to do and was ignored over and over. I didn’t do a **** thing wrong at all. I even called my bank theee times they told me what to do and I did the research and stopped the **** service like * times but I was being charged over and over. *Thanks *Johnnie Walker*PS. *I was honest and I was not being treated honestly at all. My ban should never have been put on. You can’t keep charging someone when they unsubscribe they write and call in multiple times so if this isn’t lifted there is nothing I can do but that is dishonest on your part how would you take being charged over and over when you have been told your removed and you keep getting charged. Person I phone said they seen where I had called in and admitted the charges kept going and going and I told them I would never pay ** bucks a month for a service I had only signed up for a *** dollar a year service as it was the gold service and I cancelled it
