I'd like to report a concerning individual named Greg V. who frequents various dating sites while using multiple email addresses. He often doesn't upload a photo and has been spotted on platforms like Match and Meetville. Greg has both genuine and fake profiles. He manipulates women through chat rooms, video apps, and text services, targeting those aged 18 to 25. Despite being 39 with a 16-year-old daughter and 21-year-old son, he poses as someone younger while engaging in explicit interactions. Greg portrays himself as a victim of past relationships to gain sympathy before coaxing women into sending him images. He works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville. One of his contact numbers is [redacted], and some email addresses he uses include [redacted] and [redacted] It's crucial to address this issue promptly.

Good evening or good morning. I have been trying to access my account to check if there are any issues, but I found out that my account has been banned without any prior notification. I am seeking clarification on the specific reasons for the ban and would like to address any issues outlined in the terms and conditions of Tinder. I assure you that my interactions were respectful, without offensive language, catfishing, racism, image violations, underage activity, spamming, or unauthorized business promotions. I simply logged out briefly to check another account and returned to find my account banned. I am eager to continue making connections on the app and would appreciate a review of the situation to reinstate my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am attempting to buy Tinder Gold, but I am encountering issues because my payment method is a Visa gift card. The customer service from Visa explained that my card only allows one-time payments, which Tinder does not accept as it requires a recurring billing option. I hope I am making sense, but essentially, due to the nature of my gift card, I am unable to purchase Tinder Gold. I am eager to resolve this so I can access Tinder Gold promptly. If there are any solutions or options I might have overlooked that would enable me to use my gift card for the purchase, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Kindly provide a prompt response as I am keen on utilizing Tinder Gold as soon as possible.

I recently got banned from using Tinder. I understand that I breached the terms of service upon signing up for Tinder. Yet, if given a prior warning, I would have promptly rectified my profile. I acknowledge my mistake in uploading inappropriate photos, and I desire to abide by the Terms and Conditions while using Tinder. Is there a possibility of reinstating my account or creating a new one? I assure you that I will adhere to the rules should I be permitted to use Tinder again. Thank you.

I need assistance with my Tinder account as it has been banned. I plan to purchase the premium package this Friday and would like to have it restored before then. Recently, my friend used my information to create an account for herself to test the app before setting up her own. Unfortunately, both she and I were unaware that this would lead to a ban. This was an innocent mistake, and I have been a loyal Tinder user for 2 years with no prior issues. I sincerely apologize for the oversight and kindly request your help in lifting the ban so that I can proceed with my subscription. Thank you for your understanding and support.

My name is Olivia Duval. My account was banned because I let my friend use my personal information to check out your app before she created her own account. We unknowingly violated the rules and received a ban. I have contacted customer service, but they are maintaining the account suspension. I have been a loyal paying customer of Tinder for nearly three years. Losing my account and discontinuing my Gold membership, which I planned to renew this Friday, would be disappointing. This is my first offense, and I can guarantee it will not occur again.

Hello there! Today, I made a Tinder account and I'm trying to link my Instagram to it. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble because it seems my Instagram is linked to an old profile from possibly 2 years ago, which I no longer use or remember. I might have even deleted the email associated with it. Is there a way to clear this outdated data so I can connect my current profile to Instagram instead? Thank you.

Dear Tinder Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience with Tinder Gold. After investing in professional photos and deciding to try Tinder Gold for the first time at the cost of $40 Canadian for one month, I was excited to make the most of this subscription. However, my excitement quickly turned to dismay when I unintentionally activated the boost feature instead of the super like. I believe there should be a confirmation window before activating such features to prevent accidental usage. Although I am stuck with the boost for 30 minutes, I felt it was important to share my dissatisfaction with the lack of control over the features. This has been my first and last experience using Tinder Gold, as I do not feel it has met my expectations. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my feedback. I hope that improvements can be made to prevent similar issues in the future. Sincerely, Rene

I was heading to meet someone from Tinder for a date when my account suddenly went blank. I'm having trouble accessing my account now. The person I was supposed to meet tried to reach out, and though I read the message around 9 o’clock, now I can't reply due to the missing information on my profile. I just need the details to be restored on my account page. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I want to report an incident of impersonation on Tinder. I logged into Tinder at the end of April using login [redacted], but I deleted my account shortly after. Someone claiming to be Martin Tyler Greyjoy contacted me using my cell number. I have their contact number and email, as well as several pictures of this person's family and friends. I have alerted the SAPolice, and the detective assigned to my case confirmed this individual is not real. I seek assistance to prevent further scams and protect others from falling victim to this impersonator. Kindly provide me with a contact person or email address where I can share additional details to help stop this fraudulent activity.

I have been a Tinder Gold member since before August, and today I decided to boost my profile. During the boost, I noticed I got a like, but when I tried to view the profile, it only prompted me to boost for more likes. Towards the end of the boost, it showed that 2 people liked me, but when I tried to view them, I couldn't see any profiles. Despite going to matches and likes, I couldn't access the profiles. I then tried on my computer to see the profiles but encountered issues. When I tried to like them back, they disappeared from my likes tab without a match notification.

I've been a Tinder Gold member since before the start of August, and today I decided to boost my profile. After the first half of the boost, I saw that I got a like and decided to quickly look at who had done it. However, when I pressed the button with the 1 on it, I couldn't see any profiles, just a prompt to boost to get more likes. Near the end of the boost, I saw that 2 people had liked me, so I went back to check my likes, but none were displayed. When I tried to find the profiles that liked me, it only showed one, but clicking on it led me to the empty likes page prompting me to boost. I then tried logging in on my computer to see the profiles that liked me, but when I liked them back, instead of getting a match notification, they disappeared from my likes tab. I believe it's reasonable to either receive a refund for the boost or be put in touch with those two profiles again.

On May 3rd, I visited the website out of curiosity after having a few beers, with no intention of contacting anyone due to being happily married. I mistakenly signed up for a 6-month membership for $[redacted] instead of the intended 1-week trial for $10 using my Visa Debit card on their website for Singles50 premium product. I promptly emailed them on May 5th to explain the error and requested a refund and cancellation. Despite several emails requesting the same, they refused a refund, requiring a complicated cancellation process that I couldn't complete on my phone. Recently, another unauthorized charge of $[redacted] appeared on my bank statement, causing distress at home. Urgently, I demanded a refund the same day and reiterated my previous requests. Today, they informed me they won't refund the latest charge due to my failure to cancel in time. Although they agreed to cancel future payments, I see this as theft and feel frustrated by the lack of phone support. I aim to address this issue and seek resolution for the financial and personal consequences it's caused. Thank you for any assistance in this matter.

I noticed an issue with the app that needs to be addressed. Recently, I had a conversation with a person I matched with, and we planned to continue talking later. However, I encountered a problem where I received a notification for a message from her, but upon opening the app, I couldn't see any messages, and all my other conversations and matches had disappeared, except the one person who didn't respond. Additionally, all my pictures vanished. This has happened twice, and previously, I had to create a new account to resolve it, which I'm reluctant to do again. The lack of resolution for these recurring problems, attributing them to unmatching, doesn't make sense when I just received a message. It's frustrating to consider paying for a service with such dysfunction and disregard for users. I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others to prevent them from encountering the same issues.

I recently created a Tinder account and was unexpectedly banned before I got the chance to use the app. I am puzzled as to why this happened as a new user, and I have not been able to find any information regarding a possible violation on my part. This being my first experience with Tinder, I am quite disappointed to have faced this issue within less than 24 hours of creating my account. I would appreciate some clarification on the reason for the ban and wish that there had been a warning or guidance provided, especially considering my unfamiliarity with the platform. I believe that with a heads-up, I could have rectified any unintentional mistake. It is disheartening to reach out under these circumstances, as it has left me feeling discouraged about using the app. Given Tinder's popularity, I am reaching out to request an explanation for the ban and an opportunity to address any issues so I can determine if the app is suitable for me. I am uncertain about the app's interface and features, and would like the chance to explore it properly. Thank you for your assistance.

As a Tinder Plus user, I woke up one morning only to find all my matches, chats, bio, and pictures gone. Even my Tinder Plus subscription wasn't working properly, and now my age is incorrect. Despite reaching out to Tinder for assistance, I received no reply. Unfortunately, my attempts to log in through Facebook, email, and phone have all been unsuccessful. Reinstalling the app hasn't fixed the issue either, with the message "something went wrong please try later" persisting. All I want is to regain access to my Tinder Plus account and reconnect with my matches.

Dear Tinder Support, I have been experiencing issues with my account logging in as it constantly displays that my profile is under review due to multiple user reports. I have patiently awaited this review process, but upon my recent login attempt, I still encountered the same review message. It is frustrating as I believe some users report others out of spite rather than genuine reasons. I personally choose to unmatch disrespectful individuals rather than report them. I have faced verbal abuse on the platform, but I handle it by unmatching. If my account has violated any terms, I request transparency from Tinder. However, if no infringement is found, I kindly ask for my account to be reinstated promptly as I have waited patiently for a resolution. This situation feels unjust after days of waiting.

Dear Tinder Support Team, I have been trying to access my account for several days, but each time I attempt to log in, I am greeted with a message indicating that my account is under review. Despite waiting patiently, the issue persists. The notification states that my account has been flagged due to multiple user reports. Unfortunately, many men on Tinder seem to have ulterior motives, with some being married or in relationships, causing distress for female users. These individuals may resort to disrespectful behavior, insults, and unwarranted reports when rejected. I have encountered verbal abuse and disrespect on numerous occasions but have never reported anyone myself. I believe some users act out of spite when their advances are rebuffed. I have respected Tinder's review process and acknowledge that consequences may apply if I have violated any terms. However, if no violations are found, I request the reinstatement of my account promptly. Waiting for an extended period without an update seems unfair given the circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Initials]

Dear Tinder Support Team, I have been encountering an issue with my account for several days now. Every time I attempt to log in, I am met with a message indicating that my account is under review. I have patiently waited for Tinder to complete this review process. However, today when I tried to log in again, I still saw the same review message on my screen. The message states that I have been reported multiple times by other users. It is disheartening to hear that some individuals resort to disrespectful behavior or false reports when they do not get their desired outcome on Tinder. I, myself, have experienced verbal abuse and disrespect from some users but have chosen not to report them, only unmatch them swiftly. I believe that if Tinder has found any violations of its terms on my account, appropriate action should be taken. Conversely, if there have been no breaches, I kindly request the reinstatement of my account as I have been waiting patiently for a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, A Concerned User

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Tinder account because I canceled my telephone number after leaving the country. Although I have an email connected to my account to log in, whenever I try to sign in, I receive a link that leads me to a page to confirm my phone number, which I can no longer do. I am concerned about my Tinder+ subscription renewing automatically next month if I can't access my account. I have met some nice people on the app and I don't want to ignore their messages. I appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you.
