I am facing a frustrating issue with Tinder's interface regarding changing the currency for Superlikes and Boosts that I wish to purchase. Despite trying to adjust my country settings on both Google Play and Apple Store, the currency remains stuck on Myanmar Kyat (MMK) since I registered in Myanmar in June. I now want to set it to US Dollars as I travel frequently for work with the United Nations. I own a US Dollar Visa Card from UNFCU and the transactions are always in US$. I have utilized two email addresses ([redacted] | [redacted]) and various phone numbers due to privacy concerns. But the currency issue persists on both my Android and Apple devices even after moving to Kenya and now Zimbabwe. I am seeking Tinder's assistance to promptly resolve this problem and permanently fix my currency choice to US Dollars. Please reach me at [redacted] or Mobile: +[redacted] (0) [redacted]06 for further communication.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to address the recent ban on my Tinder account. I believe I was banned due to a misguided attempt at humor in my profile bio. I made comments about selling inappropriate content as a parody of modern online behavior, but it was not meant to be taken seriously. Having been a loyal Tinder Plus member for years, spending over $[redacted] on the service, I am deeply apologetic for any offense caused. I acknowledge that what may seem like a joke to me can be perceived differently by others. I genuinely hope someone can review my account and understand that my intention was satirical. I appreciate your attention to this matter and sincerely request a reconsideration of my ban. Thank you.

Hello, I really like your app; however, last night was my first experience using it, and I believe I may have misunderstood the subscription options. Today, I noticed there was a charge of about $[redacted] withdrawn from my bank account, which was more than what I expected. I thought I had signed up for a 6-month subscription, but I might have confused it with a boosting feature or something similar. I would like to continue using your app but was hoping to only pay for the 6-month subscription as I initially intended. Is there a way to correct this mistake on my end? I appreciate any help you can provide. A friend recommended the app to me, and upon learning that it cost me around $[redacted], he mentioned some options that I wish had been clearer beforehand. Any assistance in adjusting my subscription and possibly refunding the overcharge would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I updated my phone number and created a new Tinder account, but I'm still using the same iTunes ID for my subscription. When I bought Tinder Gold for my current account, it seems like my subscription is linked to my old Tinder account. I forgot to cancel the subscription when I made the switch. I checked Tinder's official website, and it seems the only solution is to delete the old account. However, I'm unable to log into the previous account as I changed my phone number and didn't link an email address to it. Is there any other way to resolve this issue? Thank you for your help.

I've been using Tinder for about 2 1/2-3 years without any issues until yesterday. Out of the blue, I was banned without any explanation. I matched with a girl recently, and after adding her on Snapchat and sharing a story where I used a profanity that she didn't like, she deleted me. Later on Tinder, I found out I was banned. It's frustrating because I've always been respectful and have never faced any problems before. I even invested in Tinder Gold. This sudden ban seems extreme, especially since I've never been inappropriate. I'd appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this situation as I find it unjust. Thank you.

On Saturday night, my account was banned. I am a paying customer and always conduct myself respectfully. I handed my phone to a friend to ask him if he knew a girl and if we should invite her over to where we were staying. He attempted to type in the address but made a rude comment. I suspect the girl reported me, resulting in the account ban. I mainly use the app for conversations rather than just for dating, as I usually exchange Snapchat or phone numbers. While I acknowledge my friend's inappropriate behavior, I assure you my messages have always been polite. I kindly request your team to review my account activity and consider lifting the ban as I have never violated any rules before. Looking forward to your prompt assistance.

I encountered an issue with my Tinder account. While attempting to edit my profile, I received an error message prompting me to log out. However, upon trying to log back in, I was unable to access my original account. Despite multiple attempts using my phone number and the verification code, I was consistently directed to create a new account instead of logging in. Now, not only can I not access my old account, but I am also unable to create a new one as the system is not recognizing my phone number for verification. Despite waiting and attempting to resolve the issue by email, I received a response stating that no account was found. I have a Tinder Gold Subscription through Google Play, so there should be a link between my email and my account. After reaching out to Tinder support, their generic response did not address my specific issue effectively.

I haven't used Tinder in a while, maybe just a couple of days without any activity. My bio is the same on every dating profile, and I've never broken any rules. All my pictures are normal, nothing inappropriate. When I tried to log in yesterday, it said my account was banned. I've seen online suggestions to appeal, but Tinder's support page states they don't offer appeals. I just want to know why I was banned for no reason when there are others violating the rules on the app.

I had a great conversation with a local guy on Sunday, and we planned to meet up. However, he suddenly disappeared along with all our messages. The same thing happened today with another guy I was chatting with. We were getting along well, but he also vanished suddenly. This has never happened to me before and I'm wondering if these people are real or if something else is going on. It's frustrating as we both expressed mutual interest. Why do you think this has happened twice in a row?

I wanted to inform you about a user named Greg Voss, who is engaging in inappropriate behavior on multiple dating sites. He uses various email addresses and often does not upload a profile picture. He is known to be a sex addict and frequents dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to watch women. Greg manipulates women by pretending to be younger and uses text and burner number apps to convince them to send him photos. Even though he is 39 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he targets women aged 18-25. He pretends to be sweet and romantic, lies about his identity and age, and disappears once he gets what he wants. His real name is Gregory Voss, and he works at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and lives in Adamsville, Alabama. Some of his email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] If you encounter him, please be cautious.

Hello, I am encountering a frustrating issue with the app. When I receive a match, the contact disappears from my chatbox shortly after, preventing me from messaging them. While I understand that being unmatched is a possibility, the way in which it is happening seems like a bug. It may be relevant to note that I created my account in Italy, deactivated it, and then reinstalled it in the US. I believe this transition might be causing the problem. I am hopeful to receive a prompt solution from you. Thank you, Stefano.

Hello, I recently had my Tinder account banned due to a sentence in my bio referencing drugs. I want to sincerely apologize and acknowledge my mistake in not thoroughly reviewing and adhering to Tinder's guidelines. I am a current subscription holder and I am interested in knowing if it would be possible for my account to be reinstated. I assure you that I will strictly follow the guidelines going forward and I aim to utilize the app solely for typical dating purposes. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to address this issue. Best regards, Ellie

I have been utilizing my Tinder account since [redacted]. Unfortunately, my account was banned yesterday without any prior warning or explanation, despite being a Tinder Gold subscriber. I attempted to create a new account using the same Apple ID and upgraded to Tinder Gold again, only to have the new account banned after the payment was processed. I am seeking a refund for the charge and clarity on the reason behind my ban. I believe I have abided by all of Tinder's community guidelines and would like to understand what steps can be taken to have my account reinstated.

I haven't been on Tinder for long, but I genuinely enjoyed using it. Unfortunately, after about a year, I received a notification that my account had been banned without any explanation. I always tried to be respectful to my matches and never made anyone feel uncomfortable. I have tried other apps, but none have provided the same excitement as Tinder. I would appreciate it if I could receive an explanation for the ban on my number, [redacted] ([redacted]). I hope we can resolve this issue and I can start using your app again. Thank you.

Yesterday, I had a great conversation with a man named Adrian on Tinder. Suddenly, he vanished along with his profile and our messages. Today, I received two notifications that he had messaged me, but when I checked, he was nowhere to be found on the app. I cannot see any messages from him either. Adrian is from Bridgend near Cardiff, Wales. This situation has never occurred before, and I'm worried he may think I'm uninterested. I would appreciate any assistance in reconnecting with him. Thank you.

My son, Matthew C., accidentally signed up for a year of Tinder using our joint bank account's debit card instead of just a month. He realized this mistake on 10/1/[redacted]. I believe there should be a cancellation window for refunds. Please return the $82.99 to the card he used. Thank you.

I recently discovered a concerning charge on my bank statement from Goggle Tinder. I have unintentionally been charged $41.99 monthly for the past 12 months despite not using their services or making any purchases. The payments were deducted directly from my account without my knowledge. I assumed it was a trial offer and now I am seeking a full refund of the total amount debited. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, Romeo S.
