I haven't logged into my Tinder account in over a year. I deleted the app while I was dating someone, but kept my account. Now that I am single again, I wanted to return to Tinder as it has been the most successful dating app for me. However, when I tried to log in, it asked for my phone number to send a verification code, and then it said my account was banned. I don't know why this happened, as there were no issues with my account before. I contacted their help desk, and they informed me that once an account is banned, the phone number linked to it cannot be used again. I'm hoping there is a way to override this restriction so I can access my account with my phone number. I don't want to change my number just for Tinder. I'm looking for a solution to this issue and would appreciate any help. Thank you.

I would like to request the cancellation of my subscription on Tinder. I no longer wish to use the app as I am taking a break from dating to focus on my personal growth and studies. I have noticed that many profiles on the app seem fake or belong to attention seekers rather than genuine individuals. I have decided that online dating is not for me and prefer meeting people in real life. I would appreciate any possible refund, even if it's a partial one, for my Tinder Gold subscription. I have lost interest in using the app and do not plan on returning to it. Thank you for your assistance and have a wonderful day.

I am concerned about my account being reviewed. I did not engage in any wrongdoing, I simply declined advances from individuals looking for casual encounters, stating my preference to get to know them better. Some individuals misrepresented their intentions, leading to a distressing incident where one person tried to pressure me physically. Subsequently, I received offensive messages from several individuals after ending communication. I suspect they might have reported my account. I value the friendships I made on Tinder and wish to stay in touch with them. Currently, I am unsure how to regain access to my account.

Since [redacted], I've used Tinder with my actual birthdate, March [redacted], indicating I'm over 18. To avoid unwanted messages, 7 months ago, I changed my birthdate on Facebook to under 18. 4 days ago, Tinder suddenly logged me out, displaying "age restricted," demanding I be over 18. I promptly corrected my birthdate on Facebook back to [redacted], but still couldn't access Tinder, despite being 21. Even after updating my Facebook name today, the issue persists. If this can't be resolved, could you please close my Tinder account?

Hello. My account name is Aaron, and my email is [redacted] I have been a member for over 2 years and a Tinder Plus member for more than a year. I have always been respectful and honest with my matches. If a conversation does turn sexual, I express myself in a well-mannered way. I'm writing about my banned account inquiring if a recent match with an escort led to my ban. I want to understand if I was reported or if it was a conversation with a previous match. I recently made a 6-month payment for Tinder Plus, and now I've been banned with 5 1/2 months left. I value respect and politeness, adhering to your terms and conditions. I'm not on Tinder to disrespect anyone. I'm asking for clarification on why I was banned without warning and if it's possible to lift the ban and reinstate my account. Thank you for your time. Aaron.

Due to my dyslexia, I mistakenly paid for a full year of Tinder Gold instead of the intended monthly subscription using a friend's bank details. After contacting Tinder, they confirmed the refund and cancellation of services, but I have yet to receive the refund after a month and multiple unanswered emails. I urgently require the refund as the funds are not mine, and I have not received the Gold services paid for.

What is happening with Tinder? Frustrated with no responses, they reply then disappear. Is this a scam? Some users with Gmail addresses request contact, proposing fun but redirecting to suspicious sites for age verification, resulting in mysterious charges. Are these your affiliates? If not, consider banning these members. Doubts arise regarding authenticity of member pictures. Seeking resolution as luck has been lacking. Displeased and urgently requesting action.

I logged into another device using Facebook and included my phone number. It seems this created a new account, leading me to be logged out of my original device. As a result, I am unable to access my original account. Unfortunately, I have now lost: - all my purchased boosts - all my purchased super likes - my tinder gold subscription - my photos and bio - MOST importantly! My matches!!! Please assist me in recovering the correct account linked to the phone number: +1 [redacted] Thank you, Tazo P.S. I have updated the phone number on the new account in hopes of regaining access to my original account. However, whenever I use the original number, the App redirects me to the Tinder sign-up page.

My experience with Tinder was disappointing. I purchased likes, super-likes, and possibly boosts, and received 36 likes from women, but their photos were blurred until I upgraded to gold. Unfortunately, my gold payment was only accepted after I returned to Japan from my Texas trip, where most of my matches were. Despite a good credit history, my card was valid elsewhere but was not accepted by Tinder on time. I chatted with a few older Japanese women back home, but I prefer meeting younger Japanese women in person. I may use Tinder again, but currently, I feel unsatisfied and frustrated with the service.

I've had multiple accounts on Tinder over the years, and each time they get deleted without any valid reason. Initially, the first account was deleted when I was seventeen, which technically was against the rules even though the age of consent is 16 where I live. I reached out to Tinder, apologized, and thought things would be fine. However, my newer accounts keep getting deleted despite not violating any terms. The customer service representative was unhelpful and frustrating, causing me to give up. Recently, a friend persuaded me to create another account, but once again, it got removed within two days. As a responsible adult now, I just wish Tinder would reconsider their stringent actions. Thank you.

I am encountering difficulty adding music to my Tinder profile as the Spotify connection option is not available when editing my profile. Despite upgrading to Tinder Plus to access this feature, it is not working as expected. I have attempted various troubleshooting methods suggested by other users, such as enabling the broadcast device on Spotify or reinstalling both apps. Unfortunately, these steps have not resolved the issue. I am frustrated with the lack of guidance provided by Tinder's customer support. Please advise on an effective solution for connecting Spotify to my Tinder account, as I am eager to utilize this feature seamlessly.

Hello, I have been banned from Tinder for about a year. I previously contacted you to resolve this, but did not receive assistance. I always use my real name and have not violated community guidelines. The only possible issue may be using both my phone number and Facebook in the past when it was allowed. This was done to correct my age displayed on Tinder. I am concerned my account was flagged as a duplicate, but I only use the one linked to my phone number. I never intended harm, only to connect with others. I have been respectful and prioritize safety. I am a 21-year-old who enjoys meeting people. Although using Bumble, I prefer Tinder and would appreciate a review of my situation. I am familiar with the guidelines and am committed to positive interactions on the platform. Thank you for your attention.

I am from Finland, but I find myself drawn to men from other countries, particularly the United States. Recently, I've encountered several American men on a dating app. They have minimal profiles with only a few pictures and little information. While I usually prefer profiles with more content, I still swiped right on them. However, I suspect these profiles may be spam. They often seem unaware of my location, quickly inquire about my preferences, and claim to work in the military. They rush to move our conversation to WhatsApp and list all their qualities at once instead of engaging in a gradual chat. Interestingly, all these men have been from Illinois in the last few days. Today, I didn't even match with someone; a man appeared and immediately asked about my intentions and location before pushing to chat on WhatsApp within a minute. I took precaution and blocked him without getting his name to identify him.

Dear Tinder, I recently met someone special (A) on your app, and after hitting it off, I deleted my account. However, when I recently logged back in, I was surprised to see that a friend of (A) (B) was matched with me, even though I hadn't been swiping right on anyone. This has caused some trust issues in my relationship with (A), as she thinks I'm looking for someone else. I believe there may be a mistake or a bug in the system that is causing these issues. I don't recall liking (B) on Tinder, and my last interaction on the app was when I met (A) before deleting it. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this situation and salvaging my relationship with (A). Thank you.

Hello, In June, I signed up for Tinder Gold and received a confirmation email with reference and confirmation [redacted] numbers. Recently, I decided to start fresh and deleted my account. When attempting to restore my Gold account on a new profile, I encountered an error saying "try again later." Despite reaching out to Tinder support, they claim they don't recognize my email address and cannot assist me. I've been persistently explaining that they do recognize my email as they sent the initial Gold confirmation to it. However, after the first email, I have not received any further responses. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue? Thank you.

Hello, I am Edwin Tranheden, and I am unable to access my Tinder account that was linked to phone number [redacted]. I got logged out and when I tried to log back in, I received a "login failed" message. Despite attempting to log in with my verified email, I ended up creating a new account rather than accessing my original one. I matched with a user named Nik, 27, whose profile indicated she was from the USA. Suspecting it might be a scam, I started chatting with her on WhatsApp after connecting on Tinder. However, after receiving suspicious messages and a hidden URL link, I realized something wasn't right. When she asked for a Tinder verification code, I mistakenly provided it, leading to further suspicious behavior. I fear my account may be compromised, as my personal information is linked to it. I urgently want to regain control of my original account to prevent any unauthorized access or misuse. If retrieval isn't possible, I seek assistance in transferring the Tinder Plus subscription to a new account to safeguard my personal data. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me via email to address this urgent concern regarding the security of my account and personal information. Thank you, Edwin Tranheden

Hello Tinder Support Team, I appreciate your assistance with this matter. I have been having a great conversation with my match for the past few days, and I feel a strong connection developing between us. Unfortunately, due to being preoccupied with work, I forgot to update my phone plan. Consequently, I accidentally got logged out of Tinder and discovered I couldn't regain access due to lack of phone service. This led to my account being banned after multiple login attempts and verification code resends. I truly value the connection I have established with my match and wish to continue our conversation. However, we have not exchanged numbers yet, so losing contact would be disappointing. I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue so that I can reconnect with my match. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards, Erik

I connected with someone named Frederick Goodwin on Tinder in July. After a few weeks, he shared a story about going to South Africa for his late mother's foundation. He sent me pictures from Africa and then mentioned he couldn't return home due to bank issues. Concerned, he asked me to cash a check from his attorney and wire him the funds. I agreed and sent $20,[redacted], only to have the check stopped, leaving my account overdrawn by $25,[redacted]. I plan to report this to the police. If anyone has information on this individual, please share, as I intend to provide it to the authorities.

My fiance and I owe our love story to your app. Five years ago, we met through your platform, and now he's proposed and we're getting married! Our unconventional start always surprises people, but we credit your app for bringing us together. We're planning our wedding in Ohio next fall and would like to inquire about a possible sponsorship. We haven't finalized the details like the save the date or venue, but we would love to document and share our journey via blogging and vlogging. Depending on the sponsorship level, we're open to featuring your logo on our invitations, place cards, napkins, and wedding favors. We're anticipating over [redacted] guests, including many millennials with significant social media followings. We would be thrilled to have Tinder be a part of our special day. Thank you, Tinder, for everything! Warm regards, K. and N.

I am experiencing issues trying to make a payment for your service and am feeling frustrated. I am using an Android device and need a reliable link to download an app that is compatible with Android. I previously downloaded the app for my Cat60, but it may not be suitable for Android. I have provided all necessary details including my credit card number. I attempted payment using both my Mastercard and Visa from different Swedish banks. Despite receiving a verification code and not being prompted to enter my bank's code in Tinder, the payment has not been successful. The error message indicating to use a valid card is confusing as my cards are valid. My bank was unable to assist with this matter. I have noticed automated messages asking if I have checked my card, so I want to confirm I used Mastercard and Visa as specified. I do not wish to use Google Pay, only my credit card. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this payment issue. Regards, Richard
