I recently ended a relationship and my ex-girlfriend has been causing trouble by attempting to access my email and Facebook accounts out of paranoia. She went as far as falsely reporting my accounts, which has resulted in my ban. This situation is particularly challenging for me right now as I am in the final stages of studying for an 8-hour National Board Certification Exam after completing medical school. I am a dedicated individual focused on saving lives, not engaging in inappropriate behavior on social platforms like Tinder. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly so that I can regain access to my accounts and continue my preparations without any disruptions. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I had a Tinder account for a brief period but decided to delete it. However, I'm still receiving likes regularly, suggesting my profile is still active. Even though I tried to access my account to delete it, I couldn't log in, and it seems like a new account is being created whenever I try. I recently received a message about my account being ghosted after about 3 months of inactivity, but I am still getting likes. I want my profile completely removed, and I don't understand why I am receiving likes without being able to respond. Please explain this situation to me. My username was KATE, and you can reach me at [redacted] or on [redacted]45 in South Africa. My name is Kim C. from Hermanus, South Africa. Thank you.

Hello, my account was suspended approximately one week ago. Since then, I have been patiently waiting for the suspension to be lifted as I believe it may have been an error in the system. After carefully reviewing the terms of use multiple times, I am unable to identify the reason for my account being banned. This situation has been particularly disheartening for me as it occurred during my vacation, preventing me from meeting new people in the location I was visiting, which I was looking forward to. I have been a Tinder user for over four years without encountering any issues like this before. I strongly believe in the value of this app, as I have previously found two long-lasting relationships and formed many friendships and romances through it. I am hopeful that my account will be reinstated soon, and I simply wish to understand the cause of the ban.

I recently got banned from Tinder because someone has been repeatedly trying to log into my account from a different location. The IP address will show I am in Norway, as indicated by my phone number. Despite receiving multiple SMS codes, I am now banned. The last interaction was with someone named Billy, who promptly unmatched me. Despite this, I continue to receive SMS codes on my phone for the first time. I am confused about the ban and suspect it may be linked to Billy who attempted to scam me before unmatching me. I am unsure of the specific reason for the ban and I am concerned I may have been reported falsely. Could you please investigate this matter and clarify if reports are validated before bans are issued? I have reached out to Tinder support via email but have not received a satisfactory response. I hope they can address the issues mentioned above in my last message. My registered email with Tinder is [redacted]

Hello, I recently downloaded Tinder for the first time and signed up for a 6-month TinderPlus subscription. I had some success using the app but was unexpectedly banned without any clear reason provided. Despite reviewing the Terms and Conditions carefully, I found no violations on my end. I suspect that a possible issue might be related to setting up my account with an alternate email to my Facebook one. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and reinstate my account so I can continue using the subscription I paid for and possibly upgrade to TinderGold. My previous attempt to contact Tinder only resulted in an unhelpful automated response. Thank you for addressing my concern. Warm regards, Will S.

To the relevant party, I encountered an issue while using Tinder today that left me quite baffled. Upon logging in, I was met with a message informing me that my account had been banned for violating the terms and conditions. This came as a surprise to me as I had recently deleted and recreated my account simply to refresh it, not to breach any guidelines. Just last night, I invested in 10 boosts and hadn't engaged in any lengthy conversations for a few days. Having been a loyal user for 5 years, with 4 of those years spent as a paying member, I take the app's rules seriously and wouldn't have made such in-app purchases if I didn't intend to adhere to the terms and conditions. Thank you for looking into this matter. Sincerely, Vladimir M.

Hello, I created a Tinder account recently, and initially, I used some joke information on my profile as a placeholder while I figured out how to set it up. This included funny details about ghostwriting for Drake and having ideas for pop tart flavors. After realizing I had left this information up and went offline, I understand now how it may have been misconstrued. I didn't intend to deceive or exploit anyone. I planned on updating it with accurate information and better photos later. However, upon logging back in, I discovered that my account had been banned. I apologize for any confusion caused and would like to know if it's possible to recover my account. Thank you.

Hi, I recently connected with a girl, and after chatting for a week, she suddenly disappeared from my messages. Later, she sent multiple messages, but when I tried to view them, she was still missing from my chat list. I've attempted to resolve this by logging in and out and reinstalling the app, but I have not seen any improvement. I'm unsure if she unmatched me or if this is a technical issue. Can you provide any insight into this situation? Thank you, Kienan

I need to bring to your attention a concerning matter involving a user named Greg Voss, a problematic individual who misuses various online platforms. Greg is known for engaging in inappropriate behavior, exploiting dating websites and other online avenues. His deceptive tactics include creating multiple fake profiles and manipulating individuals for his own gratification. It's crucial to address this issue promptly to prevent further harm. Greg Voss can be identified by his real name and contact details, such as his email addresses and phone number. He operates under the guise of false identities and preys on unsuspecting individuals, particularly targeting young women. These actions are alarming and require immediate action to protect others from falling victim to his schemes. Greg's behavior is predatory and should not be tolerated on any online platform.

While vacationing in India, I recently tried to reinstall Tinder. I had an account a year ago under the phone number [redacted] but since I'm currently using an Indian SIM card, I had to create a new account since I can't access my old number. I purchased Tinder Plus to be visible in Gainesville, FL, my hometown. I also had a VPN from my university installed, but I only used it for a social media app, not Tinder. Despite buying the passport feature, I haven't received any matches on my new account, unlike when I used Tinder in Gainesville. None of my male friends have seen my profile either. I'd appreciate it if someone could look into this as I'm concerned about the money spent on Tinder Plus. Thank you for your assistance and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Hello, I am Ryan B. I am writing to address an ongoing issue with my Tinder Gold/Premium subscription that I purchased in August [redacted]. After a brief trial period, I made the decision to cancel my subscription and remove the app from my phone. However, since August [redacted], I have been consistently charged 7.83 euros per month, with higher charges totaling 37.80 euros occurring every February and August. These charges are displayed on my bank statement as either "VDP- GOOGLE *Tinder" or "VDP - GOOGLE Google Play." Despite my efforts to cancel the subscription and delete the account back in [redacted], the payments have continued without authorization. I am seeking an immediate cessation of these unauthorized charges and a refund for the months I have been incorrectly billed since cancelling my Tinder subscription. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I encountered an issue when opening my Tinder app, receiving an error message. Subsequently, when attempting to log in using my phone number, I was informed that my account had been banned. This situation has left me confused and frustrated. Despite being a paid member for a few months, I am new to both online dating and the dating scene in general. Following the loss of my wife six months ago, after a 35-year marriage, I turned to Tinder with hopes of starting anew. The platform was recommended to me for its reputation as a dating app rather than just a hookup app. Throughout my brief time on the app, I have made genuine efforts to be honest, polite, and respectful in my interactions. The sudden ban has caught me off guard, and I would appreciate any assistance in understanding and potentially resolving this issue.

About four months ago, someone accessed my Tinder account and altered my caption to "Venmo me for a surprise," linking it to a Venmo account with my name. When I realized this, my account had already been banned. I reached out to Tinder, but they stated they couldn't restore my account. I have patiently waited for four months, feeling disappointed as Tinder is where I connected with my ex-boyfriend and closest friends. Missing my account, I am considering alternatives like Bumble but prefer Tinder. Is there any way to regain access to my old account or create a new profile using my phone number or Facebook login? Thank you for your help! -Jordan :)

When I logged out and back in, my account seemed to have disappeared. It reset my profile, including purchases, superlikes, and matches. This is disheartening as the app isn't cheap. I would like a refund for the premium membership and superlikes or to have them transferred back. I have attached payment receipts for your reference. Adding to my concerns, I had to recreate my account due to an issue with my name that wasn't editable. The new account uses the same email and phone number. However, when trying to restore my account, I'm receiving an error linked to another account. It seems connected to my previous one that I didn't delete but was associated with my phone and email. Repeatedly losing matches and money spent on the app is frustrating.

Hello, I am writing to inquire if it would be possible to receive a discounted price for the subscription based on the following reasons: 1. I am a student, and many services provide discounts for students or offer free full-featured services, similar to certain software packages. 2. In the past, I subscribed for a year while working and studying, only to realize that I was paying significantly more than my classmates during that time. The only difference between us was our age. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Sam

My profile name is Frank, and I recently matched with a user named Angela on August 1. Despite having a lengthy conversation with her on Tinder yesterday, August 5, she mysteriously disappeared from my matches today. I suspect it might have been due to technical issues I experienced on the app, where it was malfunctioning on my phone. I did not intentionally unmatch her, and our conversation did not suggest any reason why she would have unmatched me. I did try to troubleshoot the app by rebooting my phone, but the problem persisted until this afternoon when Tinder started working again, but Angela was nowhere to be found. I kindly request assistance in locating Angela in my match history to clarify what happened. If she unmatched me, I'll respect her decision. If it shows I unmatched her by mistake, that was not my intention. If the unmatching was accidental or due to a technical glitch, I would appreciate any help in reconnecting with Angela. Thank you.

I want to bring awareness to the behavior of a user named Greg V., who frequents various dating sites with multiple email addresses. He often doesn't use a picture but has been identified on Match and Meetville. Greg is known to be a sex addict and engages in chatting and video calls to watch women. He utilizes text and burner apps to obtain different numbers and persuade women to send him pictures, typically targeting those aged 18-25. Despite being 39 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he portrays himself as sweet and romantic, gaining sympathy by discussing past relationships. However, he deceives women about his identity and age, leading to sexting and image sharing before disappearing. His real name is Gregory Voss, employed at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama, and can be reached at [redacted]. Some email addresses he uses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]

I have experienced a peculiar situation on Tinder after reinstalling the app following a long absence. Upon opening the app, I noticed a message at the top that seemed to have been previously opened, even though I had never accessed it. The message lacked a date and time, and the match was from months prior to my initial deletion of the app. I did not send the first message, and it left me puzzled. I understand that Tinder can have glitches and messages may appear out of order. Some have suggested that this could be due to a deleted account or an issue with the app trying to update after my reinstallation. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation?

I would like help regarding my account suspension. I previously had a Tinder account which I can't access now as I changed my phone number to [redacted] and can't delete the old account. I work as a cosplayer and model, and suspect my account got reported as fake due to this, but I can prove my identity. I'm willing to provide a photo holding a piece of paper for verification. My images have been stolen and used by others on Tinder before. I'm upset about the ban and request either the un-ban of my new account or an update of the phone number on my previous account. I attached a screenshot of my Twitter as proof of ownership. Thank you.
