Despite swiping right on numerous profiles, I haven't received any responses. I've tried logging in and out multiple times, but it hasn't resolved the issue. I'm unsure if my account is active as I haven't received any email notifications. This situation is becoming quite maddening. Can someone assist me in resolving this matter promptly?

I'm shocked by my recent experience on Tinder. After matching with a girl who repeatedly asked for explicit photos, she ended up reporting me for nudity when she was the one requesting it. I find it frustrating that she is trying to use this against me. I pay for this app and don't want individuals like her ruining my experience. If this continues, I will have to consider terminating my account permanently. I want Tinder to understand that I value my investment, and I will not tolerate such deceitful behavior. I urge Tinder to pay attention to these issues before more users are affected. It's disheartening to encounter fake individuals, and I hope Tinder takes action to address this concern swiftly.

On December 26, [redacted], I created a Tinder account using my phone number associated with the email: [redacted] Although I forgot to confirm my email, I can provide the emails if necessary. During the server downtime on January 8, I experienced issues with my messages. While trying to resolve this by logging in and out, I accidentally logged in with my Facebook account. This triggered a phone verification process with the same number linked to my original account. Despite efforts, my old account seems to be lost as I am now consistently logged into a new account. I hope there is a way to recover my old account. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Tinder accounts. I have lost access to two of my accounts and the one I currently use is not giving me any matches. I need help restoring or deleting the old accounts. Initially, I installed Tinder last year using a Romanian SIM card, but now that I am not in Romania, I am unable to access the messages. One account used the number +40 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], and I consistently used the same profile pictures. The second account, created as a test, utilized the number +63 [redacted], and now I cannot access it. The account I am currently using allows me to swipe, but I am not getting any matches. A few months back, my Tinder account got banned with the error code [redacted]. I did some research and discovered that others who faced the same issue received notification emails from Tinder, often with a prior warning. Surprisingly, I did not receive any such emails. If my ban was due to the incorrect reason of me being underage, it's untrue. Although my age was a topic of conversation on the platform, I recently turned 18 and I am of legal age. If reports about my age led to the ban, I wish to have the chance to provide evidence in my defense rather than facing a sudden ban. I am seeking a valid explanation for the ban from Tinder or the reinstatement of my account, as I was caught off guard without any prior communication regarding the review of my account.

Hello, I'm in a bit of a predicament as I believe I have been permanently banned from using Tinder. I recently repurchased a Gold membership after not using it for some time. I have always followed the Terms and Community Guidelines, and I'm struggling to understand why I have been banned. I have never engaged in inappropriate behavior like sending inappropriate photos or being rude to others. I haven't violated any rules like putting additional contact information on my profile or having multiple accounts. Lately, I only bought some Super Likes and used them while talking to a few girls during my holiday in Ghana (I am from the UK) and also connected with people in my hometown of Glasgow. Could it be the unusual activity on my account that caused the ban? I am seeking clarification on the specific reasons for my ban so I can rectify the issue and continue using the Super Likes I purchased. The responses I received from the support team so far have been very unsatisfactory, merely stating that I violated the terms and conditions without providing details. This lack of transparency makes me doubt the validity of the ban. I feel I deserve a clearer explanation before accepting this decision from Tinder, as I strongly believe it's a misunderstanding. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Tinder account. While my account seems to be working fine, I am having problems with messaging. Despite having around 16 matches over the past few days, none of them have messaged me, even though I have messaged some first. I noticed that the red dot on the message symbol at the top of my Tinder screen is always red, indicating new activity, but upon checking, there are no new messages. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it did not resolve the issue. I have used Tinder frequently in the past without any problems, but this situation is concerning. I am also encountering repeated profiles on my discovery page, which is unusual. I suspect these issues might be related to my recent change in location from living overseas to being back in New Zealand. I would appreciate it if you could investigate and address this matter. After verifying my email with Tinder, I suddenly started receiving dating spam emails from other sites. I did not agree for my personal information to be shared for purposes other than what is stated in your Terms of Service. Your policy mentions sharing information with partners for advertising, but it should be limited to Tinder-related promotions only. I demand you stop sharing my data with any non-Tinder entities and remove my information. Some of the unsolicited emails I received include: - "Wrap Him Around Your Finger" from [redacted] - "EliteSingles Info" from [redacted] - "Ashley Madison" from [redacted] I am very concerned about my privacy and request immediate action to rectify this situation.

Tinder notified me: "You've surpassed the limit for restoring purchases after recreating the account." Since the start, I faced problems with Tinder, leading me to buy Tinder Gold. Hello, I have been using Tinder on and off for several years. As a very attractive male, I used to receive between four and seven matches a day when I last used the app two years ago. I want to emphasize my attractiveness. Women often react positively when I interact with them. For instance, a young blonde girl recently bought me a beer. Respecting women is essential to me. However, despite my value on Tinder, I have noticed a significant drop in matches. Although I've had the app for over a week, I've only received two matches, which is concerning. I feel like I may be facing some sort of quarantine, possibly due to a low ELO score, but I'm unsure of the exact reason for this. Even when I asked stunning girls last night if they would swipe right on me, they all agreed. I believe they were sincere and not just being polite. Overall, I believe there may be an issue affecting my visibility on Tinder. I am willing to provide photos to illustrate my point. Previously, I used to match with many individuals daily, but now I am encountering the same profiles repeatedly without any success. Something seems amiss here.

I strive to maintain respectful interactions. After few days of chatting, I inquired about her preferences for first dates. She expressed disinterest in going on a date but wished to keep talking "in case she changes her mind." Despite feeling slighted by the preemptive rejection, I politely bid her farewell and blocked her number. Surprisingly, I discovered being banned from Tinder the next day for alleged breach of community guidelines, without specifics given. I submitted a support ticket requesting a review of my account to clear any misunderstandings. I suspect this ban may be linked to a possible smear campaign following my interaction with a friend of a Tinder employee.

I upgraded to Tinder Gold to see who swipes on me. When I swipe right on them, it says we matched, but they don't show in my matches. I've tried logging in and out, uninstalled the app, and tried everything, but the issue persists. It seems to be a problem on your end because even when my friends super liked me, we don't match. I previously reached out but did not receive clarification on my situation. Upon logging into Tinder, I discovered my account had been banned. After reviewing the community guidelines, I do not believe I violated any rules. I attempted to create a new account with a different phone number, following all guidelines closely. However, this account was also banned without any activity on it. I am unsure why both accounts were banned and I would appreciate an explanation or, ideally, a reactivation of my original premium account. It was disappointing to pay for the premium features only to have my account banned shortly after.

I had unknowingly purchased an alias subscription and tried to cancel it. This resulted in my bank account being overdrawn by $54. I joined Tinder about 2 years ago out of curiosity, but never matched with anyone due to having a blank profile. Recently, I tried to use the app again, only to discover that my account has been banned. As I am currently deployed in the military, I don't have the opportunity to acquire a new phone or change my phone number for a new account. I am facing an issue where I believe I might have unintentionally created a second Tinder account, impacting my main account. Recently, my daily matches have significantly decreased from 2 per day to just 1 per week. I suspect this drop may be due to Tinder possibly penalizing me for having two profiles. I have invested in boosts and Tinder Gold multiple times in recent months and am willing to do so again. However, if my account rating has been negatively affected by the existence of this second account, it undermines the value of these purchases. Hello Tinder Support, Last summer, I had a misunderstanding while joking with a match on your app which led to me being reported and subsequently banned from using my account. I would like to kindly request the reactivation of my account. I realize now that my joke was inappropriate and assure you it won't happen again. Additionally, I encountered a user who was engaging in suspicious behavior by creating multiple accounts with similar names to offer money to women. This user also sent me an unsolicited inappropriate image before I blocked him. I found it concerning that while my account was banned for a harmless joke, his account remained active.
