Okay so I downloaded tinder on my friends phone but wanted Tinder Gold. So instead of using his iPhone which would use his card, I decided to use my computer, go to Tinder Web and made my Tinder PLUS subscription for ** dollars. I exit out and go to my phone and all is fine. Then I say “hey I’m gonna pay * more dollars to get gold” I go back to my computer and do that. Get on my phone again and within minutes I have a no connection notification from tinder (even tho I had connection) and then I lost all features on both my phone and computer. After further frustration I decide to change the purchase method on my friends phone so I put my card into his phone and try to purchase it again. Tinder says “purchase error must purchase on original purchase device” so I go back to the computer and try clicking tinder gold to buy it and my computer says “cannot complete purchase you have an active subscription” but still no gold features on either device. THEN I go to my iPhone and check my balance to find THIRTY dollars missing!! Still no plus or gold features on any device!!!
