I was on the app and it wasn't letting me message any of the people I had just matched with. While trying to find the Tinder customer supper to deal with this all I could find at the time was a suggestion from Tinder to people who have this problem, because it seemed like many people have had this same bug from all the post about it, to log in and out of your account so I did log out. When I tried to log back in it would not let me unless I sent a code to the linked phone number, which I didn't even have on me at the time and was never made aware that if I ever were to log out I would be required to have the phone number I made my account with to be allowed in on the app, which is problem number *, already. The next day I went on the website because after a while of research I found out that I had emails from Tinder so they had to have my email linked to my account, mind you, it took a bit for me to realize this because Tinder's emails don't show up in my inbox, or my spam, or even my trash, they only show up when I search my whole email for anything with the word Tinder in it, that's *. I figured out how to send the code to my email and then never got it, *. At this point, I find customer service and I will be more than happy to forward you the useless support and utter disrespect through emails I got on there because that is a WHOLE other problem. After a few emails with this person who I would sware is a machine if it wasn't for how long it took for them to get back to me, as if they were actually doing anything, I see that I did get the confirmation emails but again only when I search for them and more than a day after I sent them, so the confirmation code was of course expired, *. Eventually, I get my phone back so I think I'm going to be about to be done with this and not need to deal with trying to get the support to team to actually do its job only to get an error page and that I should try again later on the app, *. So I go back to the support team hoping that something so simple will be able to be dealt with, even from them. Only to be told that that the "error try again" pop up means I'm banned! And that they can't tell me why, or when, or how, I've honestly lost count at this point of the number of times Tinder has seriously messed up. I even tried to see if I could use the "see my profile data" feature to find out if it was just the person I was emailing who didn't want to do their job and basically told me to go **** myself and not the whole of Tinder's fault but the page wouldn't even load! And I wasn't even logged in, it was just an information page. This is utterly unacceptable and I'm going to need someone who can at least give me temporary access to my page so I can tell my friends, who are good people, that I've met on there that I will never go on this app again and to contact me another way.
