I have a question regarding the process of deleting the application versus deactivating your account. I recently deleted the app because I met someone and we've been dating for two years now. However, I don't recall deactivating my account separately. I've heard that even after deleting the app, the account remains active for up to two weeks and then shows as inactive. I'm curious if there's a specific timeframe after which the account stops being visible to others. I'm concerned someone might be impersonating me under the name Amy, or if it's just my old account that I haven't used in over a year. Thank you for clarifying this for me.

I have a Tinder account on my iPhone 6S with a "Tinder Gold 6 Months" subscription. I paid $52.99 per month for this. It states the subscription will end on 4/6/[redacted]. However, this seems incorrect because I did not purchase or renew any subscription within 6 months of that date. I am confused because the end date points to a purchase on 11/6/[redacted] when I did not buy anything on that day. I need clarification on the details of my original 6-month subscription purchase made earlier. I also want to cancel my subscription early and receive a refund for the remaining months, per the terms I read. I am struggling to find how to cancel my "Gold" membership but it's urgent that I do so. Please assist promptly.

Dear Tinder Support, I recently found myself unexpectedly logged out of my Tinder account. When I tried to log back in with what I believed to be my email, it created a new profile for me, which was not my intention. I am currently subscribed to a gold membership and would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my original account information. The subscription is linked to my iTunes account, under the email "[redacted]" Unfortunately, I do not remember providing a phone number for the account. Despite trying other email addresses, I have been unable to recover my account. The only evidence I have of the subscription is the monthly charges on my bank statement listed as an iTunes subscription.

I'm frustrated with my experience on Tinder. Years ago, I had success with many matches, especially with attractive women. After being in a relationship for a couple of years, I returned to Tinder and noticed a significant drop in matches. Upon researching, I learned about the "elo score" and find it unfair that profiles are not shown equally. I believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to be seen by all users. Despite trying different approaches like creating a new Facebook account, the issue persists. I want my profile completely removed from the system to start afresh and request the elimination of the elo score system altogether. It's disheartening to see others, including friends, have more success despite less attractive profiles. Tinder should consider removing the elo score to ensure fairness for all users.

I am concerned about a video of me possibly violating Tinder's terms of service. Recently, I was informed that one of my photos was removed due to a violation. Upon reviewing Tinder's terms, I suspect it may be a video causing the issue, not a photo. I noticed the video was moved to the last slot in the Edit Profile section but chose to remove it temporarily. The video depicts me at a gun range, following all safety protocols with appropriate gear. It showcases me loading a gun in a designated area with a target downrange. This is a legal and enjoyable activity for me. I believe it does not promote violence or contain graphic content, based on Tinder's Community Guidelines. I have observed other users sharing similar content from gun ranges on Tinder. In my video, I am not engaging in any violent or threatening behavior. I am simply showcasing my lawful participation in this recreational activity.

Dear Support Team, I have found myself locked out of my Tinder account. It seems that the reason for this could be the photo on my profile showing me sitting on my bed without any clothes. I want to clarify that the picture was tastefully taken and did not reveal any sexual parts. I am confused as to why my account was banned. While my photo was not sexually explicit and did not show any intimate parts, I see many women on the platform displaying sheer bras that reveal a lot more. Despite this, their accounts remain active. I believe this situation highlights a double standard where women can show their breasts or nipples in a "tasteful manner," yet men are not allowed to show even non-sexual parts like nipples. I feel this is unfair and discriminatory. According to Tinder's Terms and Conditions, sexually explicit content is prohibited. If women can show explicit photos and still keep their accounts, I should also be allowed to display my nipples as they are not considered erotic like women's nipples. I request that my account be reinstated without the need to remove the photo in question. If necessary, I am willing to comply with any changes requested. Thank you, Simon

Hello, My name is Savannah. I recently joined Tinder and have been using the app since. However, I encountered an error when trying to reply to messages, with the code [redacted] being displayed. Despite trying to log back in using my phone number, I am not receiving any text messages to confirm the code sent. I attempted to resend the code multiple times without success. Initially, I had to receive a call to set up my account, but that option is no longer available, leaving me unable to access the app. I am eager to reconnect with others on the platform and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help!

Dear Tinder Support, I am experiencing issues with my Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold subscriptions, despite having paid for them. I am particularly concerned about the passport function, which I need for an upcoming trip. When attempting to restore my purchases, I receive a message indicating that the functions are already active, but they are not appearing in the app. I have also noticed that my messages have disappeared from chats, preventing me from contacting matches I made using the passport service. I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mario

I respectfully request a refund immediately. There have been continual deductions from my account every time I make a purchase, affecting my ability to use Tinder. Despite subscribing to Tinder Gold around 50 times, the service only works half the time. The lack of a contact number makes it challenging to resolve these issues promptly, leading to frustration. The recent deduction of £15 prior to my upcoming payday has left me financially strained for the next three days. The recurring overcharges have significantly impacted my finances and quality of service received. I insist on a refund of at least £[redacted] to address the repeated discrepancies. I have invested a considerable sum into the service and demand a resolution to this ongoing problem. Immediate attention to this matter is crucial to rectify the situation.

Hello, I recently connected with someone on Tinder and we had a great conversation. Unfortunately, she mentioned that she was having issues with her account and was at risk of it being deleted. She shared her email with me through the app, but before I could save it, the conversation disappeared. This occurred on 20.11. around 10pm CET. I'm hoping there's a way to retrieve our conversation and her email address from one of the last five messages. I'm disappointed by this technical glitch on Tinder's end and would be grateful for any assistance. Just to clarify, I am certain she did not unmatch me, as she explained the technical problems she was encountering with Tinder just before the conversation vanished. Thank you for your help. Honza

Hello, I've been trying to resolve this issue for the past two days with no success. I have paid for a service, Tinder Gold, through the Tinder web browser, not the Apple App Store, which I am unable to use due to technical difficulties. When I tried to re-activate the service on a new profile, the system prompted me for an Apple ID, which is not applicable since the purchase was not made through the App Store. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from customer service in resolving this matter promptly. I request to have my Tinder Gold reinstated or receive a refund for the service. Additionally, I wish to file a formal complaint regarding the poor service provided despite being a premium customer. I can be reached at +[redacted]61 (associated with the account, not Facebook). Thank you. Best, Stuart

I am experiencing difficulties with the Tinder app on my iPhone. Previously, I had my Tinder linked to a Facebook account, but unfortunately, my Facebook was hacked and I am unable to access that account anymore. I have created a new Facebook and a new Tinder account but I am encountering a problem when trying to purchase a subscription. The app indicates that my Apple ID is associated with another existing account. Although I have tried to rectify this by cancelling it in my current Apple ID settings, I still face issues when attempting to purchase a subscription on Tinder. Considering I have not used the old Tinder account in over a year and am unable to access it due to the hacked Facebook account, I kindly request for assistance in deleting the old account so I can move forward with my new account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

After paying $19.99 on Tinder, I expected to be able to contact people and see who's interested in me. However, Tinder is now prompting me to upgrade for an additional $10 (total of $29.99) to view who's trying to contact me. This was not what I understood when I signed up and paid $19.99 over two weeks ago. This is my first chance to raise this concern since there's no contact number for assistance. Should I pay the extra $10 to gain access to see who's been trying to contact me? I feel misled about the pricing and features included for what I paid. I'm considering either a refund or adjusting my account by adding the $10 to have complete access for $29.99. I believe having a person assist me would have been more effective than receiving a text like this.

I am experiencing difficulties restoring my purchase after deleting and recreating my account with the same Facebook ID. An error message stating that I have exceeded the maximum number of restoration attempts is appearing. I have reached out to Tinder via email through the app three days ago but have not received a response yet. I would like this issue resolved promptly before I resort to sharing my experience on social media regarding what seems to be fraudulent activity by Tinder post-membership purchase. My email address associated with Tinder is: [redacted] Since I am unable to access the mentioned email address linked to my Facebook account due to a forgotten password, I am providing an alternative email address below for Tinder to contact me.

Tinder has unexpectedly appeared in my recent data usage. I have not accessed this account since ****. I am concerned about this as it is impacting my personal life. I need clarity on why this is happening, as I am not an active user of the app. I am feeling very distressed by this situation. It is important for me to understand how this occurred, especially since I am not familiar with the login details. The account was registered under my maiden name, Robyn Benzinger. I urge Tinder to address and resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, my name is Emma and I need help with my Tinder account. I was unexpectedly banned and I'm unsure why. I've been using the app for months, mainly to make friends. I always log in through Facebook and have not violated any terms. My profile had appropriate photos and a bio that I frequently updated. I was in the middle of editing when I got logged out and now can't access my account. I'm disappointed as I enjoyed using the app to connect with new friends. I understand there are guidelines, but I believe my profile was in line with others I've seen. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue and either restoring my account or allowing me to create a new one. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a reference number from a previous interaction with Noah, it is [redacted]1. I recently updated my phone number and don't think that's causing the issue. The second option you suggested seemed correct except for the fact that I did not subscribe to Tinder Plus or Gold as I intended to. My original account was a free Tinder account which I deleted a week ago. I created a new account using the same Facebook and phone number. Yesterday, the app froze while I was using it, so I deleted and reinstalled it. Upon logging back in with my Facebook, all my previous information was reset. I urgently need help to recover my profile as the person I was chatting with might think I'm playing games by unmatching him earlier, leading me to delete the account to start afresh and find him, which I successfully did. Everything was going well until this happened. Your assistance is greatly appreciated, Noah.

After being in a relationship with a girl for a few years, I discovered she had met someone on Tinder during a break we had. I then created a Tinder account and upgraded it to a paid version since we got back together. She insisted I delete my account, promising to do the same, but it dragged on without her deleting hers. Eventually, I realized I couldn't access my account anymore. I found out she might have been involved in why my account got canceled as she has a history of snooping on my phone. I'm not into inappropriate behavior on Tinder, and I believe she may have tampered with my account. I had just upgraded my account before this occurred and was starting to enjoy using Tinder. I would appreciate if this could be investigated further, and some clarity provided.

I subscribed to Tinder Gold, but I cancelled it in September [redacted]. I noticed that I have been billed $29.99 for September, October, and November [redacted] even though I did not use the service. I contacted iTunes, and they refunded me for November. I would like confirmation of my cancellation and a refund of $59.98 for September and October [redacted] when I was not using the service. I would appreciate your cooperation and confirmation of the refund. Thank you, G. Russo.
