Dear Tinder staff, **I suddenly cannot use tinder plus nor tinder gold, the two subscriptions that should be active and for which I subscribed. *Even by trying to restore the purchase I get as an answer that those functions are already active. They aren’t. **I particularly care about the passport function which I cannot use anymore since I’m going to travel abroad soon. *I hope it’s just a bug but the last time something didn’t work my tinder was back at its basic level (hence fairly useless here in Italy) for nearly a month. *I sincerely would like you to check it and solve the issue.**To explain how it looks like at the moment, I repeat, that even if I try to restore (or even purchase again) the services I that attempt rejected by saying I already have bought them. *Nonetheless the functions simply aren’t there and the app is at its most basic level. *I need the subscriptions for which I’m paying for to be active. **I also realised that my messages have disappeared from chats and I cannot message the girls I previously matched through by using the passport service which comes with tinder gold*plus.**I politely but firmly urge you to solve the problem by reinstablishing the use of the services I’m paying for and to inform me of what is going on. *Don’t hesitate to contact me for any information. *Best regards **Mario
