Dear Customer Service, I am writing to report an issue with a Tinder user named Bethany Griffins, who is misleading men by requesting money for sexual favors under false pretenses. Bethany uses the email [redacted] and claims to be a 21-year-old nursing student in need of financial assistance for tuition. She is operating in the Washington DC area and can be contacted at [redacted]. However, upon investigation, it has been revealed that she is engaged in fraudulent activities, deceiving individuals by promising intimacy in exchange for money before disappearing. I urge you to take immediate action to address this violation of Tinder's policies and deactivate her account to prevent further harm to unsuspecting users. Sincerely, John Arundel

Hello, I am a Tinder Gold annual subscriber experiencing two issues. 1. After relocating from Hong Kong to Singapore, I encountered a problem. I was logged out and asked to log back in with my old phone number which I no longer have access to. Consequently, my Gold subscription is now tied to an account I cannot access. Could you please delete my account associated with the email [redacted]? 2. My Instagram is linked to an account I no longer have access to. The Instagram username is antonkhlopotov, using my first and last name. Could you kindly delete the Tinder account connected to this Instagram handle? I am willing to provide photographic evidence or answer security questions to assist in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, A. K.

Today, my profile on the app reset out of the blue. I had been using it earlier in the morning, but when I returned later, it prompted me to log in again, only to find my account completely reset as though I was a new user. Despite reinstalling the app, my original profile did not return. I'm a Tinder Gold member and utilized the app daily. I had numerous matches, and it would mean a lot to me to recover my previous account. Login number: [redacted] Email: [redacted]

During April and May [redacted], I kept receiving messages on Facebook and Instagram from unknown men referencing conversations on Tinder, despite never having a Tinder profile. They claimed my name was associated with the profile "Manaami" with false details and my photos. My attempts to verify this were hindered as the profile would unmatch once questioned. After one person sent me a screenshot, I discovered the extent of the issue. I involved the police, but the lack of a URL due to the screenshot being from the Tinder app limited their assistance. Despite requesting users to block the profile, the contact resumed in July [redacted], causing distress and impacting my reputation. The profile's inappropriate behavior is distressing, and I urgently seek a resolution to this upsetting situation.

I recently tried to log into my Tinder account after not using it for a few days. However, I encountered an error message ([redacted]) when trying to log in via Facebook. After researching the error code, I found out that my account had been banned. I reached out to a supposed customer service number and spoke to someone named Steve, who remotely accessed my computer and Facebook account, claiming to fix the issue. Despite being told to wait for a few hours due to server problems, my account remains inaccessible. I later found out Tinder doesn't have a customer service number, adding to my concerns. I have also submitted a request for help via Tinder's official website. Can someone please assist me? I can be contacted at my primary email. Thank you.

Hello, I need help with a situation where someone is using my photos for a fake Tinder account. Despite deleting my Tinder account linked to Facebook, my friend found another account with my photos. This individual swiped right but then unmatched with my friend. I have reported the fake account, but with no success. It's distressing to see my identity used this way. I am hopeful for a prompt response as this issue is urgent. Here is the link to the fake profile: [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I encountered an error code on Tinder and assumed it was a temporary issue until I discovered through an online search that my account has been banned. This news is troubling as I believe I have not violated any rules. While I recently reported a user, it was for a valid reason. I have always maintained a respectful profile without any inappropriate content. The sudden ban is distressing, especially because I have sentimental messages from my deceased ex-partner on the app that I fear losing. I kindly request a review of my account to verify that I have adhered to Tinder's guidelines. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Lilly

Hello Tinder team, I want to apologize for any issues that may have occurred with my account. Recently, my cell phone was lost and it seems that someone used it inappropriately. A friend brought this to my attention, and I can confirm that the actions were not mine. Unfortunately, I have also experienced someone using my pictures to catfish others before. I kindly request that you reinstate my account as I have made many meaningful connections with people that I have now lost contact with. I am willing to upgrade my subscription as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you, Phillip H. Houston, Texas, USA [redacted] Username: Chase Franklin's or Chase Benjamin's

Hello, I go by the username AndrewRaven11 on Tinder and I have been a user for 2 years. Recently, I have been unable to access my account for over a month and suspect that it may have been suspended. I want to clarify that I have never engaged in inappropriate behavior on the platform. Just before this issue arose, a co-worker interacted with me on various platforms, including Facebook, my work email, and Tinder. Unfortunately, I could not view the content as I was locked out of my account. I believe that if you investigate the reported content, you will find that it is unrelated to my usual conversations with matches and taken out of context. Can you assist me in restoring access to my profile? Thank you, Andrew C.

I was chatting with someone, and our chat suddenly disappeared yesterday morning. Initially, I thought she might have unmatched me or deleted her account. Considering others reported similar issues, I tried closing and reopening the app several times to fix it. Eventually, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem persisted. I accepted the situation, though I was puzzled why she would unmatch us enjoying a good chat. However, this morning, I got a notification about a new message from her. When I clicked on it, the app got stuck on a loading icon for a couple of minutes. After pressing the back button, the conversation was still missing.

Hello, I have reached out multiple times but have not received a satisfactory resolution despite speaking with various customer service representatives. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of follow-up from the team. My experience with your customer service has been extremely poor, as my issue remains unresolved for a whole month. I need assistance with deleting my previous Tinder account as I am unable to access it and continue to be charged for it. I paid for Tinder Gold and Tinder Plus subscriptions with the following order numbers: GPA.3[redacted]-7[redacted]2 ($54.99) and GPA.3[redacted]-2[redacted]3 ($34.99) respectively. My primary goal is to have my old account deleted to transfer my credits to a new account. Please address this matter promptly to avoid escalation on social media platforms. Kindly take action to delete my old account without further delay. Thank you, Pardis

Hello, I am seeking assistance with logging back into my Tinder account after logging out and encountering a significant issue. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old phone number due to changing jobs and phone numbers, and I also never set up an associated email as a backup on Tinder. At present, I am locked out of my account and wish to delete it as I now have a girlfriend. Despite reaching out to Tinder's helpdesk, I have not received a response to my dilemma. The phone number I used for my Tinder account was +[redacted]6. Additional details about my profile include the name Bram, date of birth on July 29, [redacted], residing in Haacht, Belgium. I have approximately [redacted] matches on Tinder, and my bio states "Live life." I have the profile photos saved on my laptop, and I am willing to regain access by logging in with my new phone number, +[redacted]1, or email account [redacted], or have my account deleted by Tinder. I hope for a resolution to this frustrating predicament. Best regards from Belgium, Bram

Hello there! I'm a model from Louisiana with the phone number [redacted]. My account has been reported, possibly due to others thinking it's fake. I'm willing to verify my authenticity through a video or photo verification, even a video chat. I currently have a paid subscription - a $15 gold membership - but I've been locked out, which is frustrating as I can't use the features I paid for. It would be helpful to have a verification process in place prior to such issues. I'm not blaming Tinder but seeking clarity on why my account is locked and if any actions need to be taken regarding my photos or bio. Thank you!

While logging back into Tinder today, I was surprised to receive a warning about potentially being banned without any explanation. I have used the app for years without encountering such an issue, especially after recently having a paid membership. It's confusing why this warning occurred right after my subscription expired. I am unsure of the reason behind the warning and it is concerning that someone might have falsely reported me. I have always been respectful online and it feels unfair not to know the specifics of the warning. It's disheartening to think that someone could have maliciously targeted me, potentially jeopardizing my account. This situation seems unjust, considering my positive history on the platform. I hope to resolve this issue as I value being a considerate individual online and do not wish to face any undeserved consequences.

Hello, I am a premium member of Tinder. However, I have noticed a pattern when using Tinder Boost where it shows no one around me, but after the boost ends, people become visible. This has occurred twice for me. I believe there may be an internal setting in the app causing this issue, potentially preventing matches for users. Please address and remove this setting promptly and kindly restore my two boosts. It is important not to mislead users who have paid for these features. Sincerely, Tilak

I am experiencing problems with my Tinder account. Typically, I log in using my Facebook account and I had purchased Tinder Gold for six months. After not accessing Tinder for three days, I attempted to log in this morning through Facebook, but my account was gone. Upon creating a new account using Facebook, the displayed name was my Facebook name but the profile and photos were from a long time ago. Even when trying to log in with my phone number, I couldn't access my original account, and all my matches and messages are missing. I accidentally renewed Gold on the new account, thinking my Gold had expired. However, I still can't access my original account. I desperately need assistance in restoring my previous account. Thank you for any help provided.

I have been trying to resolve this issue since October 18th. After sending screenshots as requested, I did not receive any follow-up. Although I reinstalled Tinder, I am unable to restore my Tinder Plus subscription. Despite copy-pasting the restore token from my purchase email, I keep encountering an error message. I provided screenshots as requested. Even after repurchasing a year's subscription, I am not receiving the benefits of Tinder Plus following the reinstallation. I have not received a satisfactory solution or any response after multiple attempts. As I am not receiving assistance for this matter, I am now seeking a refund. However, I have not received any communication regarding this request.

I opened the app only to find that it prompted me to log in, despite never logging out. Upon logging in, I discovered that all my matches, conversations, bio, and pictures were missing. This is particularly distressing as I had plans with a match through the app, and I'm worried about our real-life connection now. I received a generic response a day later directing me to the FAQ page which did not resolve my issue. Even though it suggested a "contact us" option, I couldn't locate it. Why must I initiate contact again when I've already reached out? The ticket number provided was [redacted]. Please restore my matches and conversations as they have all disappeared, causing significant frustration.

I need assistance with my deactivated account. I feel discriminated against for my views as a Palestinian activist. My photos supported community resources and a cultural boycott. I believe this deletion is unjust due to my advocacy for human rights and identity expression. I request immediate attention to rectify this situation. I have not been able to create a new account successfully, facing repeated profiles and connectivity issues. I seek a meaningful explanation and the opportunity to challenge the decision made. I am aware of similar experiences from others and I hope for the respect and understanding Tinder should provide.

Hello, I am having issues with my Tinder account. I have been in touch with Tinder support for 3-4 months, but they have not been helpful. I travel frequently for work and use Tinder to connect with people in different countries for networking and local information. However, ever since my Facebook profile was hacked, I have been unable to create a new account using my phone number and Facebook profile. Whenever I try to log in using a local SIM card while traveling, I get an error message (Error [redacted]) after about 2 weeks. My email address is [redacted], and my phone number is +[redacted][redacted]. I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you.
