Hello**Please can you email me at *****@***.com in relation to this issue. I've been trying to get my account working since the *rd of November. I've had one response which didn't help me. I've sent several more messages without return. Its now the *th. I've been paying for services that i have been locked out of. If you could get just help me log back in to my original account it would resolve everything.**I opened an account that was doing OK and signed up for Tinder Gold and then on the *rd it wouldn't let me log into it unless I synced with my Facebook account - no biggy and i don't care. So i synced it with Facebook and now my original account has vanished and I've lost all my matches, my tinder gold etc. Its been replaced by a brand new tinder profile made from my facebook pictures. I cant find anyway of logging into my original account, every format (app with phone number, app with email or tinder.com) all bring we through to this new account without the tinder gold i signed up for. Iv'e tried all sorts of lost passwords and recovery things on tinder.com and it all just brings me through to this new account with non of the features i'm paying for.**I've logged out of Tinder. Logged out of Facebook. Reinstalled both. Tried recovering with my phone and then with my email and it just keeps bringing me to this new Facebook account that it's made that I dont want. I want my old account back! The one I'm paying for! I even tried upgrading the new facebook account but it wont let me because it says i have an existing account.**It seems that when I synced with facebook like it asked me to this new account has become the active one which was set up using my phone number. What I want is the previous phone number account to be the active one. I have set up tinder gold on the account where my name is Ro, paid for via *****@***.com and the account is tied to *****@***.com. Please can you help me remove this new unsubscribed tinder account named Rolande which is associated to my facebook account *****@***.com.***Getting stressed, please help.
